Came inside to grab some breakfast at 0632 AM and was met by Demarcus he was very friendly! I was shocked to see that he also made our food! This guy was all by himself running it all I was shocked! I am a 55 year old women and worked at Birger King when I was 17 years old I opened the store but to do it by myself I would have panicked but not Damarcus who said someone will be in at 8 AM !! The bathroom is this place is absolutely disgusting. The smell is so bad I had to try and hold my breath while I peed. I shot that pee out and got the hell out of there. Didn't even wash my hands. I would never ever ever ever order any food from here .

They kinda act like they don't want to be there. One of the burger patties was torn in pieces an thrown in the bun and cold. And the toilet, not bathroom that's too nice, the toilet was disgusting. Maybe catch it on another day, with different people. ?

I entered the store and literally stood at the counter for 5 minutes as two employees were talking. One was clocking out to leave and the other was working the drive-through. The one working the drive-through finally signed and came to take my order. She seemed to be bothered to do so and didn't even get my order right. I ordered a burger onion rings and a coke. Pretty simple, right? Three things and couldn't it right.The floor behind the counter was littered with food and people standing around, not being bothered to pick it up or sweep it up. The one worker who took my order was playing with her hair then touching food without washing her hands.I like BK...but this visit just reminds me why I just don't come there very much any more. The service is not good and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Sorry I can't be more positive.

Took them 10min to take my order, 2 employees walk by us and still left no customer service at all.got my order after 2 customers behind me ordered.Floor was very dirty, and sticky. 9/15/23 (night shift)

I swear the night shift doesn't even get trained. The only reason I go to this place is my son likes it, but I swear every time I visit this particular store, my order is all wrong. The managers need to do a late night drive thru, just to see how the employees, not workers, cause they are always playing around in there. I order a medium order of fries they give me a small in a medium carton.

I asked for a bacon-burger, but got kum on a bun. U woulda thought someone put their whopper in that burger to completion, like hella man, what you got a wendy's right down the street if you gonna bust in the burgers? I asked for burger king, not burger kum. Like leave ur mayo off my burger next time fam. Also the fries weren't salted. But that's nothing compared to the mountain of jizzle on my burger. God have mercy on me and any one else who went here, bc i aint sure i still goin' to heaven after eatin that much sloppity slop.
