I went to Chick-fil-A in Cabot I ordered two of their chicken Deluxe sandwiches. When I got home and sit down to eat I opened my sack and took out one of the boxes to eat my sandwiches and when I opened it out flew a fly. Very disgusted, very disappointed was my 4th visit there. I think they could have seen that. What I'm saying to everybody else is be sure and check your food before you leave from there because heaven only knows what might be in it.

I have ordered the southwest veggie wrap multiple times here. This week I ordered it on the mobile app and went through the drive through. It took me 15 min to get to the window. When I got to the window the girl (long dark hair, tan, short) refused to serve me. She told me they don’t serve veggie wraps here. She refunded my ordered and I left. When I got home, I looked at my receipt and noticed she refunded my order to someone else’s card that wasn’t mine. I drove back and talked to a manager. He corrected my refund. The manager also told me they DO serve the veggie wrap and he wasn’t sure why the girl said that. Very disappointed.

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a chikfila that was always this slow. It doesn’t matter the time nor day. When I do get my stuff it’s not even hot. I’m glad this isn’t my first experience with this chain or itd be my last. Just go to the nlr store.

Fries were so so and cold and tea was awful. The next time we stopped here, my wife and I each got a salad. Now...i've probably eaten a hundred CFA salads over the years and these were, hands down, THE WORST CFA salads we've ever eaten. I threw half of mine away. It was nothing but the hard stem pieces of the head of lettuce. I guess they save the green leafy parts for the sandwiches. If I ever eat a salad here again and it's like this, I'll give it back and ask for a refund. Go to the Conway store if you want a truly awesome CFA experience. Every. Single. Time.

bruh yall forgot ALL of my sauce. i got a chicken sandwich and a side salad, crazy yeah but no ranch, no avocado ranch, crispy bell peppers? NOPE! literally no sauce to be found in my bag. i work at the mcdonalds on the other side of cabot and MAKE SURE everyone gets sauce and napkins…. the fact i can only get 2 sauces anyway is crazy but NUN AT ALL?! yall lucky im shy or i wouldve asked but it’s literally ON THE STICKER!! trust meeeee i know busy, chick fil a busy is another level too, but yall were NOT busy only 4 cars in drivethrough. i havent ate chick fil a since covid so to say im mad i wanted my Polynesian sauce guys :(
