On first visit very first...kinda excited BUT... I was getting lunch for my grand daughtercand I. I was taking lunch to school. I asked for a drink carrier even with only 2 drinks I needed it. I was told unfortunately Mrs Monique we are only permitted to give out carrier with 3 or more drinks. I won't be back! I'm about taking care of patrons. I would have paid extra 😟

This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A in existence. I have never seen a Chick-fil-A ran like this one in Cabot. You need some employees from NLR or Conway to come in and show you how a real Chick-fil-A is ran.
The last two times I have ordered the the chicken had big chunks of gristle in it. So gross!🤮
When taking my order an employee named Kendall, was extremely slow and had attitude. I was very disappointed In Chick-fil-a’s customer service!
My husband and I witnessed "Josh" the manager spit in our food and then tried to play it off. Will not be back and I will be contacting corporate!!!
My order has always been correct and the staff members have been top notch while delivering service with a smile.
I went to Chick-fil-A in Cabot I ordered two of their chicken Deluxe sandwiches. When I got home and sit down to eat I opened my sack and took out one of the boxes to eat my sandwiches and when I opened it out flew a fly. Very disgusted, very disappointed was my 4th visit there. I think they could have seen that. What I'm saying to everybody else is be sure and check your food before you leave from there because heaven only knows what might be in it.
I have ordered the southwest veggie wrap multiple times here. This week I ordered it on the mobile app and went through the drive through. It took me 15 min to get to the window. When I got to the window the girl (long dark hair, tan, short) refused to serve me. She told me they don’t serve veggie wraps here. She refunded my ordered and I left. When I got home, I looked at my receipt and noticed she refunded my order to someone else’s card that wasn’t mine. I drove back and talked to a manager. He corrected my refund. The manager also told me they DO serve the veggie wrap and he wasn’t sure why the girl said that. Very disappointed.
Not impress with their customer service. My food was burn as well!

Always slow. Order is never right. Workers are rude. Worst chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to.
I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a chikfila that was always this slow. It doesn’t matter the time nor day. When I do get my stuff it’s not even hot. I’m glad this isn’t my first experience with this chain or itd be my last. Just go to the nlr store.
