Every week there are more fake reviews of this place. The reviews are either from people that work there, know the owner, or they are giving away food to get a good review. They are already running a ghost kitchen selling terrible Mr.Beast Burgers. I don't understand why they don't try and cook good Hangy Joes chicken that people come there for. The cooks they have can't even get the chicken orders right.
Half of the Chicken was raw, the other was over cooked and hard as a rock. It took over 50 minutes to get the food, there were only two other people in there also waiting on their food. While we were waiting we noticed two orders were picked up for delivery. They were for Mr. Beast Burger, not Hangry Joes Chicken. I did some research and the owner Shelby Miller is running a ghost kitchen making and selling Mr. Beast Burger and now Pardon My Cheesesteak for delivery only. This would explain why it takes so long to get your food. The portions are small for the price they charge. They need to concentrate on cooking chicken, not running a ghost kitchen. I noticed all the replies about slow service and undercooked food from Shelby is the same , we cook to order. All resturants cook to order. If the management isn't qualified to train the staff this would reflect the poor service and food. We won't be going back. The prices they charge dosen't match the quality of the food.

Never felt so disrespected before, ordered a side okra with my meal literally gave me four pieces. My food was cold and taste like it was made from Walmart. Bread was old, you know old bread when you taste it. save your money and go to another chicken place

We tried this chicken place for the first time and I’m extremely disappointed. We were told to only sit on one side of the restaurant because the other side was already cleaned and shut down when it wasn’t even close to closing time. We ordered and waited over 20 minutes for our food and once we got the food it wasn’t even right. The chicken was supposed to be mild and it was extremely hot not even edible. The cups they give you for your drink smell like dirty soap water. We came with a group and all ordered different things and none of us finished our food I didn’t even get the powdered sugar on my waffle. They also make DoorDash and uber there top priority even after waiting over 20 minutes for our food and when our food got brought we were told that we had to wait for our fries so we’re assuming they gave it to a DoorDash or uber order also it’s extremely overpriced for small portions of food that isn’t even good and charged extra for sauce instead of adding it in the meal. Read the reviews that should tell you something. I see why Joe is angry.

When this place first opened they were great but the last 2 times I have been there I wish I wouldn't have gone. The chicken was good but a little greasy, my waffles were so greasy that you couldn't eat them and the fries were hard as hell like they were from lunch hour and had been setting there for hours. I picked up dinner for me and my son and took it home. I will not be back and I'm disappointed cause I didn't like y'all.

We just dine here, we ordered the rice toping chicken with soy garlic sauce. They literally just drizzled soy sauce on the chicken and rice to be mentioned that all the food came cold. The only warm was the fries. The lady who served it said she’s by herself. The chicken wrap was cold as well, specially the chicken inside of the wrap. The chicken fingers was to dry and over cooked but it didn’t came up warm it was cold as well. The milktea was just straight up milk with too much sugar on it, can’t even taste the tea. The milkshake was mid, nothing special on it. I feel sorry for the lady working by herself doing the front and back of the house work. Probably the worst restaurant we’ve ever been.

I dont know why people go to eat at a good quality chicken place and think it's going to be cheap in this economy. But this was amazingly seasoned chicken with some waffles and fries on the side. I also had a cheesecake. This was fantastic and I recommend this place!!
My husband and I came to this mom and pop shop and he enjoyed the biggest chicken sandwich I’ve seen in my life. The cheesecake and brownies are so good. The chicken was tender and fresh. We’ll be back for sure

We tried this chicken place for the first time and it was a complete disappointment. The chicken was dry, the fries had no seasoning, and everything tasted like straight grease. We waited over 20 minutes for food, and they still messed up our order! We were missing fries and had to wait even longer. When the food finally came, the portions were ridiculously small for the price. The dine-in cups smelled like dirty rag water, and instead of giving proper to-go cups, they only offered cheap plastic ones. They even charge extra for dipping sauce on one meal rather than including it with the next. We spent $35 on just two meals, which is absurd given the quality. I came with a group, we all tried different things, and none of us finished our meals. That should tell you everything.
