Girl that took my order at the drive thru was rude as can be. I thanked her several times and she never said a word. She was too busy hanging in the managers office. I pay your salary. Customers are #1 priority and obviously this is not a friendly place. I won’t go back again due to this experience. Be better young lady, we all have trials in life. No reason to neglect a customer that is buying food from you. ✌🏻

I’m giving this location 2 stars for the simple fact that the morning crew is usually great, and professional. But, the evening crew is HORRIBLE. I have been there in the evening twice in the past month and had terrible experiences both times. The first time (a month ago) I went through the drive through, ordered my food, and the employee at the window had an abysmal attitude. She took my card, processed the monetary part of the transaction, then when she gave it back, she just said “Pull up.” Now, I usually don’t mind pulling forward if there’s a long line and my food isn’t ready, so they can get a few other orders completed by getting me to pull forward. BUT THERE WAS NO ONE BEHIND ME. So I know the only reason they’re telling me to pull forward was so that the clock would stop on my order and they could take their time, which is ridiculous and this practice should be stopped IMMEDIATELY. Reluctantly, though, I did pull forward a full car length. I waited about 3-4 minutes after pulling up, when the same employee walked out and towards my truck. I looked at her, expecting to receive my food, and she pointed in front of my truck and rudely said “TO THE YELLOW LINE!” Now, at this point, I was pissed, but I’ve always made it a point never to say anything to people who handle my food, at least not until I get my food. I pulled forward further, and continued to wait another 5 minutes, when a different employee came out with my food. She said nothing to me and just handed it to me and walked off.

FAST-FORWARD TO YESTERDAY, 10/24/25 at 6:50pm.
I go through the drive through for the first time since that incident, because all I wanted was a drink and some fries. I thought SURELY they can’t ruin this experience with a simple order like that. Once again, no one is behind me in line, I order my food, get to the window, and it’s that same employee that was rude the last time. She opens the window and just says “SEM-ELELM” (that’s $7.11 in ghetto speak) I pay, she gives my card back and my drink, then shuts the window. I was 4 minutes, then another truck pulls up behind me. She opens the window and AGAIN tells me “PULL UP”. Are you kidding me?? All I ordered were large fries!! But I proceeded to pull up, and then I waited. And waited. AND WAITED. 8 minutes later, she finally walked out and gave me my fries. I took one out and bit into it… COLD FRIES… Now normally, I would just say to myself that I’m never going back there, but that lady doesn’t deserve the job she has, or any other job in customer service.

The service here was above average. The best thing on the breakfast menu is the biscuit and gravy.

Parking: This location is in a gas station. There is parking in front and to the side of the business.

I usually don't complain! I have been going to this restaurant 5 or 6 years having good service! I always order the same thing a big cheeseburger plain. Tonite when I went through the drive thru the burger was 4.61 I gave the girl 5.61 she gave me back 39 cents. I tried to reason with her but she was adamant she gave me the correct change I gave up and stopped arguing. She gave me my burger and instead of it being plain it had everything on it. I didn't eat it because I was afraid something was on it. This may seem trivial to some but this is the way are world is these days!

So disappointed in this place, this location needs to do better. I went on 6/17 around 10am the young window lady was rude as heck and wouldn’t make eye contact not once. She tried to give me the wrong drink and got mad when I said I didn’t order what she was trying to give me. She rolled her eyes and grabbed the right drinks and then gave me the food which was wrong as well she was so rude I didn’t even want to go back and deal with her. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but this was just ridiculous. If you hate your job go get a new one this is customer service and if you can’t deal with customers nicely then go else where.
