This iSLOP just can’t get it together. The only reason I kept coming back after screwed up to-go orders is because my kids enjoy an ihop home breakfast. I picked an order on Friday, missing pancake toppings I ordered for the kids. Made the best of it at home. 2 days later tried again for the kids, and iSLOP gave us half the bacon and no syrup no butter for our pancakes. The sausage that ended up in my orders multiple times that I did NOT order always has bits of bone or unchewable grisle. Disgusting! iSLOP manager was unhelpful resolving the issue. I’ll have to call back to general manager Monday and throw more of my time out the window. Pitiful.
Kid-friendliness: Not. They screw up kids orders the worst.

Restaurant was empty. Everything was fine until we got our food. Rock hard hashbrowns that seemed a week old AND they charge $3 for a kids sweet tea for a kids meal!!! It’s the size of my palm. I’ve never heard of a place charging for a kids drink. Over priced for the quality of food. The bathroom had a horrible smell as well

My food was cold, my friends food was over fried. Waitress was new and forgot everything. We were the only people in the place, with at least 6 staff that I saw while there and still couldn't manage to get good food. Small ugly portions. Will make the trip to Searcy from here on out.

The first time I ate here it was good, and the place was very clean, but my experience yesterday was not good. Me and my fiancé were the only two in the restaurant, the waitress brought our waters and my coffee mugs. There was something weird floating in my water and I told the waitress and my coffee mug had a lipstick on it. I tried to have some grace because I’m a waitress as well. But then we got our food and my order was messed up, I told the waitress and she later brought me the right thing, but the biscuit tasted like the batter was old. There was also a weird smell in the restaurant, when I got up to use the restroom, as I got closer I realized the bad smell in the restaurant was coming from the bathroom, it smelled awful. We also got charged for two coffees when I only had one. I’m not sure what has happens to this place since the last time I was there a few months ago, but this was not a good experience and it grossed me out.

awful service, cold food, uncooked food, had to wait over 20 minutes for refills, waitress never came and checked on us, if i wasn’t for me yelling to get her attention would have probably waited another 20 minutes just for a to go box and to go cup.

Have been to this place 3 different times with 3 different incidences. 1st time, the place had put too much cinnamon in a shake to the point it felt like a challenge. The 2nd time had an insane amount of problems ranging from terrible food such as burning cheese for tomato basil soup, terrible service, to terrible management. The 3rd time the establishment smelled like a used dirty diaper the second we walked in. We sat down and got our food, 2 times the biscuits and gravy were bad, freezer burnt with bad after taste. The eggs Benedict was nothing special if not bland. Will not be coming back here ever again.

The food was great. Me and my husband took the kiddos. We have 6 kids. We thought we were gunna get a deal. With as many kids as we have we always bargain shop. Even going out for dinner. We spent 100 bux. We only got 1 meal a piece. The drinks are 3.50. they charged us for all adult drinks instead of kid drinks. We won't be going back. Each entree is over 15 bux. I could have paid for the kids food and spent less than 30 somewhere else
