Dry unhappy and unsatisfied. Ordered food and been sitting in curb side pick up for over an hour. Called to let them know I was outside 4 times and each time they said they was on their way. 5 or 6 cars pulled up and got served and left and I still was waiting. Very unhappy. Finally brought the food out after an hour and like 20 minutes and they forgot my meat to my order. Called back in and told them and the lady act like she got irritated and mad because they forgot items off my meal. Will not come back to Cabot ihop this is very unacceptable and need to possibly have their higher up people come and check their business it’s sad. Oh and my bacon just came out and it’s cold and greasy. I’m just about to request my money back this is not cool to treat people that way that’s actually paying for service

I love the fact this location is never swamped with people because I hate large crowds, it's always a pleasing atmosphere here. Liam was my server today and I was surprised he got my order right without even needing to write it down! Food was good too as always and didn't take forever to be delivered, it was super fast compared to the NLR location (oh that dreadful place!) So I prefer Cabot location!

We've tried this place three separate time and every time the weight is astronomically crazy. We get here tonight and it takes 30 minutes for us to be seated. We set another 30 minutes waiting on our drinks before finally walking out. We will never come here

Ordered curbside today. My husband and I both ordered food with avocado. No avocado to be found… I understand if they’re out, but they should tell us. My melt was disgustingly greasy. I tasted nothing but grease. My husband’s omelet was super bland. We won’t be back to this location- we’ll make the trip to McCain instead.

Not sure what happened from my last visit around February 2023 but the service was so terrible when my daughter and I went just a few weeks ago that we just wanted to get out as quickly as possible. Still great food but the staff had no interest in doing their jobs.

Delivery 4 X1 successful u do the math 2day food cost was 47.75 plus $10 tip..again u do the mathOrder was incomplete...again. but 2da y no pancakes, no syrup w a STANDARD order. Totally unacceptable. I want nothing FREE I just want them 2 get it right Be consistentJacob, the person in charge this evening when I called, seemed somewhat concerned, which I hope is a step n the right direction DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNTIL THEY GET IT RIGHT!!!!
