Tried this place for the first time! Amazing! Portion sizes are enormous and delicious. Food came out really fast, I did take out. The staff were nice. I came at one of their slower periods so I guess I got lucky!

Absolute worst service I've ever experienced. Waited 2 hours for a takeout order while being ignored by staff members. Was told my order was " almost ready " after 30 min, come to find out after an hour my order was apparently never confirmed.

My wife and I were reluctant to try J's. We're somewhat glad that we did. We were entertained by the various t.v. options, and the wings were wonderful! The honey Sriracha wings were the perfect combination of crispy and saucy. Now, if their ranch wasn't store bought, they would see me every week. My wife ordered the birria tacos and referred to them as "okay." The french fries were overcooked and over salted. My burger was better than average, due to the toasted, buttered bun.
The service was mediocre, at best. Our waitress was friendly and perky, but not very helpful to first time visitors. As a first time customer, I would like to know the popular menu items. We ended up getting a good flavor of wings because we asked several questions. I waited a while to get my ticket, but when they saw us standing by the door with our doggy bags packed, they quickly brought the check lol.
Overall, I would say that this place was not a waste of money; the glorious wings were their saving grace. Their menu items are reasonably priced, also. Maybe I visited them at an inopportune time. They're definitely my new go-to place for wings.

Our 1st time to eat here. The Drunken Fries looked good on the menu, so we got that to share. They did not disappoint either. We got them with steak and chicken and ended up taking about 1/3 of it home. Definitely be back to try other things.
