I ordered a 6 piece of wings and a 6 piece of tenders. I waited 25 minutes for only two orders and they got my wings wrong. I asked for regular NOT hot wings. They got it wrong and insisted that they were regular not spicy. I came home and they were wrong. All of them were spicy and ruined my whole experience/ appetite from KFC. They even forgot my husband’s sauces that he ordered. I paid $30 for everything for it to turn out wrong and couldn’t even eat what I wanted. Not worth going back to wait another 25-30 minutes for something small and quick.

Worst KFC ever. 3 employees working, zero customers inside, only one other car in drive thru. They ask me to pull into parking spot and wait, likely because a drive thru timer is used to show how terrible they are, I sit waiting for 15 minutes, have to go inside & they still had not started preparing my food. I asked if they forgot me, said I'd been wanting 15 minutes, had horrible attitudes & took another 10 minutes to get my food. First time I'd been to a KFC in a long time & definitely the last time for another long while.

Our two chicken sandwiches went prepared properly and both taste like they were made last week. The toughest chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten. The potato “wedges” also taste like they were cooked days ago. I would highly recommend going to and of the other chicken places in town.

We ordered pretty quickly but upon pulling up to the window to pay for everything, I was greeted with poor attitude and unfriendly service. While I understand everyone has a bad day and you don’t know what people are going through you should always treat people with kindness.

I added a biscuit to my order and part of it was missing. How do you put a biscuit In an in a sleeve and not see that it’s not all there? It did not come with the meal so I paid for it although I don’t know how much because I did not get a receipt. Girl at the window was not friendly and obviously considering the biscuit, she wasn’t paying attention to the food that she was serving either
