I really want this restaurant to succeed, so I hope the owner reads this and takes action to improve things. I've been by there 4 times in the last month. The place wasn't open the first time even though it was lunch time. There have been various issues each time that resulted in me having to go to another chicken place in town. The speakers for the drive through were not working once and a couple days ago, the inside dining was not open again during lunch time. I've about given up trying unless I see some action being taken.

The sides were good and fresh. I got 4 biscuits out of the 6 biscuits that comes with the meal. The chicken had some fresh pieces but had old dried out pieces mostly. I gave 3 stars due to the price and the old dried out chicken.

I give it a no star if I could. The lady was rude and rushed taking my order, mind you, I was the only one in line. If she don’t like her job, she needs to quit then. I go to KFC for food , not for someone’s disrespectful attitude. I ordered a Mac and cheese bowl and this is what I got, a Soup bowl instead. Nothing but liquid. Go spend your money somewhere else. Terrible chicken now. Dirty grease. Rest rooms filthy where even the sinks had no water to wash grease off your hands. Really. NO working faucet. No buffet. no livers. Prices for this failing chain's horrid food are ridiculous. KFC used to be so good. Tetanus shot recommended.

The female manager at this place is one of the rudest humans I've ever dealt with she threw my order at me through the drive thru and I got down the road it wasn't even what I ordered and when I went back she was even more rude to me, she should be fired!!

Entire staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and you better not ask them for anything. The tenders look almost the same size as the nuggets. They were out of sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, and other small things.
Most of the food I've gotten there has been fine but orders frequently take quite a long time. 30 minutes to fill an order is a bit too long.

I stopped by KFC around 7:30 pm on a Sunday night, and the place looked like it had shut down early. The building was dark, and the parking lot was completely empty, so I almost drove away. I decided to check the drive-thru, and sure enough, an employee was sitting on the sidewalk, smoking a cigarette. Not exactly the most welcoming sight, but I went ahead and placed my order—a chicken sandwich meal with mac and cheese. They were out of mac and cheese, so I settled for fries.
After paying, I headed home and decided to try a fry on the way. Big mistake. It was stale, shriveled, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. I actually had to spit it out. Things didn’t get much better when I opened the chicken sandwich—it was soggy and limp. Not what you'd expect from KFC.
Safe to say, I’ll be skipping this KFC next time and heading to Zaxby’s instead.
Parking: So much parking since no one is ever there.

I haven't been to KFC in like 5 years. When I get up to the window I didn't even know what I was going to order. I even messed up my order. They was so nice they fixed it instantly. They were the kindest people I've ever met which made me happy to come to the KFC. The food was also so good that I would put that chicken sandwich on the same level as Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich. They definitely went above and beyond and I am a happy customer.
