KFC shut this place down. It is obvious they are cutting tenders in half and selling them per tender. 30 dollars for 12 dried out nuggets is not ok. I honestly never want to eat KFC again after dining at the place.

for the third time in a row, I order and my order is messed up. no one is ever paying attention here or when you're in the lobby either. picked up my order, stupidly didn't check it this last time. get all the way home(20 minute drive) just to realize half my order was missing. drove back up there (another 20 minutes) to get what was missed and the lady there is just rude and snippy. probably the last time I eat at this location. would rather drive the extra 20 minutes to go to searcy i stead from now on. horrible

I went on Tuesday thru the drive thru and my chicken was burnt and it had a burnt smell. I live in Jacksonville. If it wasn’t so far, I would have brought the chicken back. Normally my experience is really good but this time they dropped the ball. I don’t think that I will be back again!

This location is a joke. Saturday evening, 815pm, lobby is locked, sat in drive through for five min with no answer on the speaker, when I finally pulled up to the window, overheard a worker say thirty min wait. I went on to Popeyes. Will not try to eat here ever again.

Brought our family here after church. Order 8 piece chicken strip meal. We ordered on the app, thinking it would be ready when we get there. Food took way to long to receive. They told us after we arrived, it would be at least 10 minute because they had to cook the tendets. They didnt give us the sauce we requested. They were out of honey bbq altogether. You have to ask for napkins, plates, and forks. Resturant was fairly clean. Food did taste good. KFC has really went away from customer appreciate based on customer service and wait times. They was no dine in option when you order on the app.
Mike is always so friendly. He has a great sense of humor and he takes care of me every time I come. Food is always fresh and delicious.

Waited 50 minutes for chicken at this KFC, and it was an absolute joke. The lot was empty when I arrived, but somehow a line formed out of nowhere. The service was painfully slow, and the staff seemed disorganized. This place needs a serious audit to get their act together. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Went to drive thru since there was only 1 car in line, when I finally got to place my order after several minutes waiting, I ordered a 2 pc combo. I was informed they had no white meat, fine I'll take 2 dark. I get to pick up window and they had a bucket, so I tell her, I ordered a 2pc. I get my order, get home set down to eat and the chicken had to have been from the 1st batch of the day.... almost $11 for food that the dog doesn't even want. 😡 Glad I had sandwich meat. I won't ever go back!
