Don't go here. You won't get your order. It will be horribly wrong, or late, or both. Just go to ANY other pizza place in the city and you will have a much better time.
Edit: and they say to fill out the contact form... I've done that every time I've had negative experience at this store and they NEVER get back with you.

Ordered the Italian sub for take out they did not put any banana peppers on it or sub dressing like it was supposed to have. Employee in kitchen was talking on her personal cell while at work.

I usually order Marco' pizza 2 or3 times a month, but after yesterday it will be a while before I order again. It wasn't about the food it was the attitude of the delivery driver and his appearance.
Completely awful service and awful management at this location. I ordered my food on 10-27-25 at 700pm after 30 minutes at 737pm I called to check on my order and the representative said he is the only one working tonight and that it is still going to take about another 20 minutes to get the order started and about another hour for my food to get delivered... so we are talking about 2 hours from order to delivery and i spent 75$. This is ridiculous Marcos Pizza... do better i spent almost 100$ to wait 2 hours for my food?! I would love a refund! I will never order from you guys again when the estimated wait time was 30 minutes! Hopefully the food is made correctly...

Though the pizza lacked on (reheating ability) the initial pies were phenomenal. The service went above and beyond.
I ordered my pies, via walk/in, I was unable to see the digital menu, and the staff had a large laminated menu ready to go, for the seeing impaired. Easy to read menu and pictures that showed exactly what you’re gonna get.
We left for 15-25 minutes, the quoted time, and upon arrival we were greeted by the cashier l, in our car, with our order. (Without calling ahead or asking). That to us, was above and beyond (customer service).
The pizza joint itself was, the perfect temperature and a top notch atmosphere for families.

I’ve gone there twice both times ordering a white sauce pizza based pizza. The first time they gave me red sauce pizza was good. Just went today ordered a white sauce pizza and its just cheese melted onto the bread no sauce at all. Won’t be going back.

Reading the reviews Id say this marcos has some issues and problems they need to figure out. And to Focus on. And get the knots and tangles worked out. I'll go to another marcos before I waste my time, gas, and money at this store.
