I ordered my pies, via walk/in, I was unable to see the digital menu, and the staff had a large laminated menu ready to go, for the seeing impaired. Easy to read menu and pictures that showed exactly what you’re gonna get.
We left for 15-25 minutes, the quoted time, and upon arrival we were greeted by the cashier l, in our car, with our order. (Without calling ahead or asking). That to us, was above and beyond (customer service).
The pizza joint itself was, the perfect temperature and a top notch atmosphere for families.

I’ve gone there twice both times ordering a white sauce pizza based pizza. The first time they gave me red sauce pizza was good. Just went today ordered a white sauce pizza and its just cheese melted onto the bread no sauce at all. Won’t be going back.

Reading the reviews Id say this marcos has some issues and problems they need to figure out. And to Focus on. And get the knots and tangles worked out. I'll go to another marcos before I waste my time, gas, and money at this store.

Do NOT order delivery from this store. I've been waiting over an hour. I called and the highschool kid that answered told me my order was ready but that they were waiting for someone to deliver it. Look at all of the other reviews about extremely late deliveries..I'll never order from this place again and will be sure to let others know about it if they ask. Awful service.
So placed an order at 12:08pm for a 5:45pm DELIVERY. Received an email at 5:15pm. "Your order is in the oven"... I'm thinking... NICE! Can't wait. 6:25pm rolls around.. No pizza.. I called and a lady says "Sorry, we dropped it. We'll get another one in the oven and bring it out. Then I'll refund your money.".... I'm thinking GREAT!... Not ideal, but free..... 8:00pm STILL NO PIZZA! Wtf? I call back and say "Still didn't get a pizza and I need an email to confirm my refund. A guy sighs and says... "It's right here." 🤣🤣🤣 I'm not sure this location understands what "delivery" means. 8:23pm.... no email..... This used to be a great Marco's location. We used them about once a month. But this was the worst pizza ordering experience of my life!

Ordered online at 5:16 pm and received delivery at 6:40 pm. Had I not called and asked about my order, it would have probably been longer than this to have received my delivery (if I even received it at all). Talking to the employee on the phone at 6:25 pm, I got the sense that my order had been forgotten because the employee said “the driver just left with my pizza.” The pizza had definitely been setting out for 45 minutes to an hour because that is how it tasted. It was like leftover pizza by the time I received it. Not what you should expect for a small $30 dinner order. The delivery person was nice about everything but this should not be standard practice for a delivery service.

I ordered through the app and it said delivery would be 30 minutes. 1 hour and fifteen minutes later the order arrives. The pizza was cold and covered in large bubbles. No garlic on the crust and no extra cheese. The expectation of quality and service has decreased since new ownership.
