Every time I go to this McDonald’s and order something it’s the wrong order or the food is made wrong. I can’t even call and complain about it because I get hung up on. If that’s how people run a business by making orders wrong and hanging up on customers then they are not worth my time. This McDonald’s is definitely the worse one of the two Cabot locations to order from.

We are from another state visiting family. We stopped at this McDonald’s and they are so nice!!! We came around 9:45 pm and everyone had awesome manners the food was fresh!!! Well done 👏 I am BIG on customer service and they do awesome pls keep up the good work!!

I walked in to an employee (man) giving a bad attitude to a new employee (woman) talking down to her and he turns to me asking to back him up. He was reported to the manager. If you (that man) see this. You need to do better. To the girl, I'm sorry you was treated that way and you deserve better. You handlef yourself professionally.

Employee literally arguing with a customer in front of everyone for 10 minutes. Cold fries, didn't give us all our food, had to remind them. Missing sauce for nuggets. Didn't take off what we requested for my child's burger. Been here 3 times since we moved and prolly won't go back to this location.

Used to be convenient because it’s close to work but it’s more of a hassle than anything now. If you go through the drive thru they’ll just park you and probably bring you the wrong order. I’m still waiting on a refund for a coffee I didn’t get.

They always make me fresh coffee. Burgers could be fresher and they don't often fix them the way you ask. The service however is impeccable and everyone is so nice.

I have no idea who they hire at this location. Every single time I go it’s seemingly new staff yet a worse experience. I tell myself I won’t go there anymore but sometimes it’s the most convenient. Today I almost got charged $11 for a meal deal, and then was told I am not allowed to select a drink size larger than small. After it was fixed (only allowed a small drink) it still came out to $7 for my $5 meal. I drove off. How is this even possible? Like seriously who are you guys hiring. Truly eye opening.

Typical McDs. Bright vibrant colors of our youth exchanged for quick bites in a drab unimaginative location. Food was ok, breakfast burritos a hashbrown, 2 sausage mcmuffins and some coffee for 2. Value was good, $15
