Ugh, I don't know why I keep giving this one a chance! A couple of weeks ago I had an order that was missing the Grinch fries. Of course I didn't notice until I was home, so I left a message through the app, which of course didn't lead to any resolution. There was also no condiments in the order despite there being 3 happy meals which were ordered with BBQ sauce and some extra sauces requested.
Well yesterday my kids wanted pancakes, so we stopped and got McDs. I ordered 3 hotcake meals, 2 sandwiches, and hash browns. We got to our destination and there was absolutely nothing to dress the hotcakes with - no butter, no syrup. So frustrating.

I ordered breakfast for the family. two sausage egg and cheese Mcgrittles and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and when I got to the SECOND window they told me that they had run out of breakfast food and with out my consent they put a different kind of meat in my mcgrittles and didn’t do anything about the biscuit. Customer service was okay but I won’t be back

Don't go there!! It was horrible we waited 30 minutes in the drive thru then when we finally got it the food was horrible and rubbery I didn't see any ham in my husband's egg mcmuffin so I went in to tell them and the lady was very rude probably because there was other people in there already complaining about their food

The nastiest store in town and nothing but drama coming from the employees. The managers and franchise owner should be embarrassed. Ive never seen so many flys and employees cursing. I choose to waste the money and throw the food away and went across the street to burger king because i cant imagine what the kitchen looks like if the seating area was that infested.
