Why do I order a large fry and then you don't fill the fries up to the top?

Absolutely horrible. The hand sanitizer dispenser was over flowing into the floor. There were no napkins in the dispenser. No large cup lids in the dispenser. Every nugget in the six piece had a tendon in it. The Diet Coke and Dr. pepper were flat. If you’re traveling go across the street to Burger King.

We were missing BOTH of our 4 piece nuggets to our fan deals. Which was weird cause we got our 10 piece nugget we bought. And NO sauce and it was mentioned THREE TIMES on the receipt. Tried to call because we were already almost home, no need in turning around. No answer both times I called. I'd understand all of this if there was a line BUT NO there was not. Fast food workers wonder whybpoepl get so mad, so fast with them. If I were to do less than even good at my job, I'd be fired.

After sitting in the curbside to go parking for 15 minutes I went inside to check on my order. I stood at the counter for a bit and finally someone came up and I told them why I was there. They looked and found my order then took about 15 minutes to bring it to me. But they only brought me one of my three ordered frappes. So I had to wait some more. There were only 2 other customers there. While I waited I saw that the floor was covered in ketchup and super nasty. I also watched an employee texting on his phone for most of the time I was there. I’m including pictures of the floor and the employee on his phone.(face blocked) Also, my caramel frappes were without caramel. I do not recommend this McDonald’s.

If the kitchen staff could ever get an order right would be a miracle. Getting 2 bun bottoms with no pickles on a cheeseburger was great, along with the forgotten fries. Bravo.
Restaurant and restrooms were dirty beyond FILTHY!!!! Cashier horrible customer service!!!!! The manager Michelle is LOUD, Obnoxious. Rude, and Inconsiderate. All their uniforms looked filthy and they looked SLOUCHY including management. The girl with the green greasy hair doesn’t acknowledge anyone avoids it by keeping her head down or trying not to look your way!!! THIS STORE IS TRASH #LITERALLY TRASH!!!!!

McDonald's is sort of nostalgic for me, the food is not that great, but every time I order I kind of feel like a kid when I was Going through the drive through with my grandparents.

Went through McDonald's around 9:45 and ordered 3 meals, when I received my food and drinks, one of my drinks were completely wrong, and the food was old when I specifically asked for it fresh 3 Times. The patty on the big mack looked dry and had a hole in it I also asked for it with no pickles and the cheese had indentions in it where it clearly had the pickles picked off. And our fries not only tasted but had the texture of cardboard. When I asked for fresh fries again he walked away and came back 2 seconds later with the same quality fries insisting they were fresh, I work fast food I know the difference. When asking for fresh fries again he just shrugged his shoulders and began to close the wondow. In the meantime the shift lead/manager was standing in the corner staring at us.When we asked for a handful of ketchup they gave us an entire bag full.
