Nachos has been my wife and I's go to Mexican food restaurant since moving to Cabot and I cannot recommend it enough. The food is always excellent and comes up the table quickly, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the restaurant and tables are always clean. I have been working my way through the menu and I haven't had a bad dish yet. Try the birria tacos. It's a new special and I hope they make it a permanent menu item.
