Usually come in on Monday nights to see my favorite bartender but she hasn’t been there the past couple of times. The girl behind the bar seemed overwhelmed and forgot about me and looked like she wasn’t getting any help from the manager. I left earlier than normal because I just wasn’t feeling it. Overall good place though.

We like to come here to enjoy pool with our daughter. We went in today and had a bad waitress. After bringing out our food, she never came to our table again. Over an hour! We took our own glasses to the bar for refills. We finally had to stop another lady to just get us our ticket! I could understand if they were busy, but they weren't. We were even the only people sitting at the high bar by the pool tables! We watched her as she came and went, never even glancing our way.

Weird atmosphere. Open air floor plan results in it being too bright in some places and too dark in others, and nowhere is really comfortable. Food is bland, and portions are small. Big miss. I only give it a second star because they managed to pour the beer correctly which is increasingly rare.

First time there. I’ll need to come again to tweak my order a bit, but overall pleased with my food. Fresh salad was good as was the wings. Lisa was my waitress. She was fabulous. Any faster and she would have been on skates. She was fabulous.
I had came in with my older children today around 12:48pm. Server was very quick and things were going well. Until it was time to pay. I swiped my card once and the handheld machine charged me twice and I was charged $300 and some change. Server checked with a manager and was told this happens a lot on weekends. That’s not acceptable and I’ve never had any place double charge me. It’s ridiculous that happens on the weekend only. I don’t feel that’s good for Overtime because word of mouth travels fast My account was totally drained because of this hat handheld machine
