Other than seeing the workings slide all over the floor from the flour, all was well and the food was delicious.

Manager called to inform me that they were out of Canadian bacon and if I wanted to cancel the rest of my order or a store credit. I asked her to refund the one pizza but still deliver the rest of the order. She agreed then cancelled the whole order and did not offer any sort of remedy other than an apology. In my day, I would have stuck to the agreement and delivered the rest of the order, comped a desert and refunded the item I couldn’t fulfill. The main sticking point was agreeing to fulfill the rest of the order then cancel the whole order adding another 90 minutes before the kids could eat.

I ordered a pizza online and it showed it was processed and charged to my credit card. The pizza never arrived, so I called the local store. I talked to the person who answered the phone. He was very rude and not helpful. I then asked for the manager and she was very rude and not helpful. I will never do business with papa johns again.
We have ordered from this Papa Johns for years and have never had an issue. Tonight, we ordered and when the order was delivered, we took it inside like usual. When I opened the box, I realized it was not our order. Then I looked at the outside of the box, and the name and address were for someone else. My husband called the store to let them know of the issue. In the automated system it says to push 5 for a manager, and he did. When he explained the issue, the woman he spoke to said she would send the driver back to pick up the order to deliver to the correct address and bring our order. When the driver got here, she did not have our correct order, but said she would be back with it and took the incorrect order to deliver to the correct address. We waited almost an hour and as my husband started to call back, he received a call from the store stating our food had been sitting there for a long time and wanting to know if we wanted them to remake the order, deliver this one, or receive a refund. My husband asked her why it hadn't been sent out since the driver had told us she would be back almost an hour ago. The lame response was they had other orders and limited drivers. We opted for the refund but we're left with a seriously bad taste with the service. I have two issues. They delivered the wrong order and after it had been at my house for 15 minutes by the time the driver got back, they were delivering that order to the correct address. I didn't want someone else's pizza, so the issue is not that they picked it up. This situation left me wondering how often they bring me pizza that has been at another random person's house for an unknown amount of time. The second issue is the handling of the mistake they made. Instead of sending us our order quickly and rectifying their mistake, they left it sitting on the counter for an additional hour before trying to fix the issue. Honestly, it felt like they just wanted us to take the refund, so they didn't have to deal with it. Some consideration for the customer who attempted to handle the issue quickly and kindly would be nice.

I placed an order relatively near closing time which I often don’t do, but other than Taco Bell and Waffle House, nothing else was open. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot the lights inside went off and a team member peeked around the corner. I pulled off to the other side of the parking lot and the lights immediately came on. Came by and honked my horn in frustration. As a PPJ employee, any order placed before the order closing time must be prepared regardless if the employee “feels like” prepping it or not. Additionally, turning the lights off to make a customer leave isn’t very proper.

About 3 weeks later, a pizza was delivered to someone I reside with, and it was somewhat mangled in the box. I didn’t purchase this pizza, but it was for us all to share. The crust was folded over the top quarter of the pizza. I understand things happen but this isn’t the first issue I’ve encountered with this location.

If I had know when I orded that they didn't have any zesty seasoning I would have not ordered. That seasoning makes the pizza for me. I am very disappointed in this. I won't be coming back cuase on the phone they said they had it but when I got there it was a different story

WOULD HAVE GIVEN -OOO STARS IF THAT WAS A OPTION I Made order thru door dash within their time limit was charged for order almost $70 and got updates last update was driver was picking up order and was given eta of order after my order was running past eta checked status and then it said order was cancelled abd I didn't cancel it I was left just swinging in the wind I had hungry folks at my house and to top off this fiasco I received a email saying it would be 5-7 days to get my money refunded there was no explanation no communication on what happened thankfully a real pizza place took my order and my guests are eating it as I'm typing this I know it's a waste of time cause papa John's isn't worried about it also it had been 10 yrs since I ordered from Papa's it'll be another 10 before I will again

I work here. I will say these older reviews are old. There have been major changes recently. Although if orders are wrong or pizzas need to be remade we do keep them and we do sometimes eat them because we do not get breaks or long ones at all considering we are very busy people we don't have enough time to eat so when we get this low chance we do take it as it is in the papers we sign when getting this job. I open here, so I've learned a lot about this place in just the few weeks I've been here. We do tend to remake orders, but not as often. We do keep our foods very fresh and in stalk near where we put the toppings on the pizza. Sometimes, we run out of things without expecting it. Please give us some time to have our trucks deliver our items in need as we can not control the trucks timing on arriving. I personally love this place. I love the fact that it isn't like all the other limited items that other pizza places give. Papa johns, yes, it has changed within the last few months, but I love that you have more desert options. That's my favorite part! I will update this review as time goes on.
