I love Papa John's but the last few times I've been the Italian sausage pizza has been lacking. Some slices didn't have any on them. The pepperoni pizza looked amazing

Called in my order and was told it would be ready in about 16 minutes. Left my hotel and drove the 5 minutes to the store and it was already done. Fastest pizza service ive gotten other than a buffet or something already made

Ordered for delivery, even with the slight hiccup of where we live getting mixed up, calling to get the info and redelivery was amazing. Wish I could remember the lady who answered the phone bc you deserve recognition for the customer service, and Mr. Jaymes S. Thank you for being an outstanding young man! Manager called to inform me that they were out of Canadian bacon and if I wanted to cancel the rest of my order or a store credit. I asked her to refund the one pizza but still deliver the rest of the order. She agreed then cancelled the whole order and did not offer any sort of remedy other than an apology. In my day, I would have stuck to the agreement and delivered the rest of the order, comped a desert and refunded the item I couldn’t fulfill. The main sticking point was agreeing to fulfill the rest of the order then cancel the whole order adding another 90 minutes before the kids could eat.

I ordered a pizza online and it showed it was processed and charged to my credit card. The pizza never arrived, so I called the local store. I talked to the person who answered the phone. He was very rude and not helpful. I then asked for the manager and she was very rude and not helpful. I will never do business with papa johns again.

We have ordered from this Papa Johns for years and have never had an issue. Tonight, we ordered and when the order was delivered, we took it inside like usual. When I opened the box, I realized it was not our order. Then I looked at the outside of the box, and the name and address were for someone else. My husband called the store to let them know of the issue. In the automated system it says to push 5 for a manager, and he did. When he explained the issue, the woman he spoke to said she would send the driver back to pick up the order to deliver to the correct address and bring our order. When the driver got here, she did not have our correct order, but said she would be back with it and took the incorrect order to deliver to the correct address. We waited almost an hour and as my husband started to call back, he received a call from the store stating our food had been sitting there for a long time and wanting to know if we wanted them to remake the order, deliver this one, or receive a refund. My husband asked her why it hadn't been sent out since the driver had told us she would be back almost an hour ago. The lame response was they had other orders and limited drivers. We opted for the refund but we're left with a seriously bad taste with the service. I have two issues. They delivered the wrong order and after it had been at my house for 15 minutes by the time the driver got back, they were delivering that order to the correct address. I didn't want someone else's pizza, so the issue is not that they picked it up. This situation left me wondering how often they bring me pizza that has been at another random person's house for an unknown amount of time. The second issue is the handling of the mistake they made. Instead of sending us our order quickly and rectifying their mistake, they left it sitting on the counter for an additional hour before trying to fix the issue. Honestly, it felt like they just wanted us to take the refund, so they didn't have to deal with it. Some consideration for the customer who attempted to handle the issue quickly and kindly would be nice.
