The crust was still doughy, ingredients were added that I specifically asked to be removed. Pizza was just bland.....not much taste. This is my 3rd time in a row that Papa Johns in Cabot had either messed up my order or it just tasted terrible. Hate to leave Papa Johns but your pizzas have gone to hell. The garlic sauce is good though.

Ordered two pizzas online and PAID for extra garlic butter sauce and Pepperoncunis and they did NOT arrive. How is 1 garlic butter and one pepper enough for an entire pizza? Not the first time either. UNSAT! Manager must not be checking the orders. Inspect what you expect….not here.

What is going on with this papa johns lately it has became probably one of the worst places to get pizza. Sloppy pizzas and the employees are super rude. I remember how awesome this papa johns was when the mexican manager was there. Please get a grip or you guys are about to keep losing more business.

Recieved my order was not light sauce barely any toppings and crust and cheesesticks overcooked. Called store no answer. Emailed and got a message from owner Edward Wilson stating they wouldn't do anything. Wouldn't honor quality remake promise, discount on next order just a I'm not gonna do anything and a hang up in your face. Horrible service. Don't recommend to anyone. Go to Larry's go anywhere but here.

Ordered 2 extra large pizzas, and one was completely wrong. Had to wait over 30 minutes for a replacement pizza. Then asked if I could keep the messed up one, they said they threw it away. But employees were actually eating it in the back. Then saw another employee working with their baby on their hip. After all that both pizza's were cold when I got home with my order. Also there was only half cheese on my pizza's. This is the worst Papa John's ever. Guess 3rd times a charm. Never coming back and I don't recommend ever!!!

Do not Pretip. It took 45 minutes to deliver my pizza, I live 5 miles from the store. The driver said she delivered to magness creek before me. So she passed me, delivered TWO other orders then came back for my order. So I get cold pizza, but I already tipped so I’ll just stop ordering here. Be warned.
I stood there watching an employee making pizzas, while touching his mouth and scratching his beard and immediately touching the pizza dough. I will NEVER be ordering pizza from this location! So gross! They should have gloves on at the very least and a beard net.

Placed an online order, then immediately called and changed time to a later time. Apparently...they made the pizzas for the original time. Pizza is stone cold. Feeling like Little Ceasars would have been better. Kinda annoyed for paying 40 for two cold pizzas.

Ordered online, been ordering from this store for over a year. Delivery driver sounded like she was barely 16 said 'I couldn't personally find your address so took the food back to the store' I called the store, put on hold, hung up on, called back, went to voice mail that was not set up, did this 4 times. Tried placing an order to talk to someone, when I explained they hung up again. Customer service sucks and is sub par with whoever was this manager on duty.
