I ordered my pizzas over the phone and they did a door dash to bring my food to me but pizza Hut didn't confirm my number so they all had the wrong number and let me just mention that I only live about 10 minutes behind Pizza Hut in Cabot Arkansas. When I got here they told me that we had gotten a refund which we had not and the manager decided she would remake my pizzas and offered me something different than what I wanted because they were out of breadsticks which they were not whenever I ordered my food. I will not use them ever again because evidently Pizza Hut service has gone way down hill! I also got to run around when I tried to call in so I ended up coming into the restaurant to pick up my food. They do not use gloves when they are making pizzas

Very disappointed in how much I spent on these pizzas and ended up disappointed. Definitely don’t order through DoorDash, it’s double the price for some reason. For $2.20 a topping there was hardly even 50 cents worth of each topping. Crust was so dry and crispy you couldn’t enjoy it. The worst and most expensive pizza I’ve had in a long time

Used to be great, can’t get delivery now it’s always cold, half your order, or smashed up ever since they switched to using dashers instead of just using a deliver driver, quality has gotten terrible ever since.

I’ve lived in Cabot a good chunk of time and every since I’ve lived here I’ve been only been greeted with a smile and extreme kindness from the lady that looks like the mom from the wild thornberrys that works here so just a shout out to her for being so great literally remembering who I am no longer how long it’s been. Also a big shout out the cook who oddly enough looks like the son from the wild thornberrys I always know if I see him back there slinging pizzas that’s my food is gonna be bomb! Just wanted to give a shout out the great service these two do specifically! Thank you guys for giving me the best Hut experiences! (I just got their names shout out Chandra and Malachi!)
Crystal, our waitress, was extremely kind and helpful. She attended to my dietary needs with detail. Crystal served all the customers in the restaurant with consistent hospitality, attention, and smiles. Superb job, Crystal! She deserves a raise!
