This is the 2nd time that this pizza location got my order incorrect. Very simple, pork, beef,onions, and mushrooms. On this order they left off the mushrooms. Then, the shift lead asked if I wanted a refund or to remake. They took back the bad pizza and said that they will remake it.

It looks like a deserted out dated empty building to me every time I drive by it. Hardly ever see any cars there. Except for the cars that work there, maybe 3 or 4. Iv never seen the parking lot completely full of cars. At any time of the day/night. Some of the workers are bad about having mood swings and tempers. On a few times iv stayed there and eat, Iv actually seen and heard a few of those mood swings. I honestly don't know how this joint has managed to stay open for as long as it has.

we ordered two pizzas for pick up. It says it’ll be a 40 minute wait no problem. Wait the 40 minutes and get there. They say it’s gonna be another 10 minutes so we wait in the parking lot and they called my phone to say they’re out of the crust for those pizzas what kind would we like? so they’re just gonna start on the pizzas about 50 minutes after they should’ve been originally ready. so we’ll wait in the parking lot For another 15 to 20 minutes in addition to the original 50 minutes.
This is my first time back for their buffet. My favorite pizza is bbq chicken and ask for one to be made. They refuse to put one on the buffet. All the options but one had jalapeños on the pizza. I asked for a thin pizza didn't matter on sausage, beef but they never brought one out. So I asked for a chicken pizza, got it but it was almost just a cheese pizza. They have only one dessert choice. The lettuce at the salad bar was brown. All the vegetables looked old. Pasta was gone, we had to ask several times for more. The service was nothing but rudeness except for one guy who tried to get the bbq pizza made. I know I can get much better at Larry's Pizza so I will continue to go there.

I've visited this Pizza Hut many times over the years, both Pre-COVID and Post-COVID. The linch buffet has always been a real value with some of the best flavors always offered along with special flavor requests always being cheerfully honored... UNTIL my visit yesterday! I found the buffet price raised $2.00 and the drink price for soft drink, tea, or water raised as well... WATER!! REALLY!!! So for two people to eat a buffet was over $30.00 and then to add insult to the mix the staff was terrible and consistently told us they couldn't add the BBQ Pizza to the buffet. Really, why? This one topping pizza costs $0 more on the menu then any other one topping pizza. The bar was not maintained with about three, what looked like 2 hour old partial pizzas being the only offering. All jalapeño and whatever flavor... NEWS FLASH.... NOT EVERYONE likes jalapeños on everything. The pasta had set for so long it resembled a poor concrete pour.Don't get me wrong, I love Pizza Hut, but this was ridiculous in every way. Going forward I'll visit Larry's Pizza for the buffet at the same price but with a much better offering.

We eat in here because it's cheaper and easier. But you don't get fresh pizzas. They all seem dried out but that's expected. Either they are orders canceled and out out under the heating lamps or forgotten orders. No fresh pizzas sit under the heating lamps. But the other foods are very fresh. All of it is good even the dried pizzas. Because pizza is pizza and I like them either way I can get it. As long as it hasn't been served dirty. Also it's 49 bucks to dine in for 4 people.
The workers are rude and often hang up on you. They like to argue that the customer is wrong. I’ve waited over 2 hours for food last time. And this time The food I was given was not accurate. And it was cold. Wouldn’t recommend.
Me and my boyfriend went to stop at a pizza hut as I was hungry and he was okay with it. We were confused by the direction but it's fine.The workers were sweet and very helpful and you could see they work hard. We had dine in.We got a personal pan half cheese half pepperoni pizza that was a medium. The food was the best pizza pizza hut pizza I've ever had! The crush was buttery, sauce was sweet in the best way possible, right amount of cheese, I felt like I actually my money properly.The only complaint I have is the cleanliness as our table was dirty but I knew they were busy so it bother me too much.4.5/5 Would want to come here again!
