Don’t recommend getting the pies at the end of the day. I was really excited to get the strawberry cream pies and paid almost $2 each for them and they looked and tasted like they sit under a heat lamp all day. They were so hard we couldn’t bite into them and had hardly any filling in them. They were all dried up. Very disappointed.

An overall disappointing experience. The food was alright, but it would've been better if it didn't take 30 minutes to get my order. I had to go back into the drive-thru to remind them that I existed after being told to park and wait for my order.

The only place I know of in central Arkansas that makes spicy chicken. I love spicy dark chicken. So I'm a regular here. Every thing this place makes is good to me.

My husband and I love popeyes but the last few times we've been in there there was at least one problem. But this time we ordered a family bundle and cheese bites. I arrived to pick up the order and was informed there was no cheese bites. They replaced with another side of lesser value. one of my large sides i only recieved a regular. There's a price difference in the regular and large and I didn't appreciate being shorted.

Chicken was old, greasy amd diagusting. Meat was not white, it was a brownish color. You can tell it was cooked way too long and that their grease is super dirty and old. Will NEVER GO BACK. When you call to speak with someone they just say sorry about that in a sarcastic tone and then silence. The entire store from the workers to the food are trash. It's too expensive to recieve food this bad. This store needs to be shut down or new ownership. The current in place ownership is straight garbage. They don't even hide the fact that they don't care.

Edit after response: I will never be back and hope others never return. We deserve better than this crap. Your auto response with no action for years proves you, the owner, do not care.

45 minutes in a drive thru line only to get to the window and see 4 employees standing around doing nothing. Dont suggest stopping here service is just terrible.

At least Popeyes reached out next day to make things right. Not sure if I will EVER go back to this location though and it’s sad because it’s literally 5 mins from the house lol

Worst Popeyes location ever. No communication between staff. 99% of the time something is left out of the order. The drive through is not an option. Staff use dining room as a break area leaving their crap out even while not on break.

Ordered via Uber they were out of the garlic wing sauce so instead of communicating or giving plain wings with sauce on the side they gave bbq, gfy. Tried calling several times but they never answered the phone.

I will drive to the next city if I ever want Popeyes again.

This Popeyes in Cabot needs to do better. Just watched a lady come in who had been waiting in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes, they proceeded to mock her behind the counter after she went back out, claiming it had “only been 22 minutes.” 22 minutes in the drive thru is acceptable for this place? They then claimed it wasn’t there fault they kept her waiting. What a shame.

They were running behind on chicken, and the lady said "We have a 30 to 45 minute wait on chicken!" We said, "that's fine, we will wait." She replied, "You gonna wait 30 minutes for some chicken?" Wow really? Don't be rude!! We waited patiently, no snide comments were necessary!

I usually order online so I don't have much interaction with service crews. I get about the same thing each time, the chicken is always hot & fresh cooked, as well as all the sides & the order is ready or it's quickly made when I get there. The service is always good for me.

Consistently bad. The interior is regularly unclean, the drive thru line is regularly slow, the orders are consistently wrong. Order a 10 piece mild strip only with honey mustard and I got an 8 piece bone in spicy white and dark meat. I only got sauce bc I had to remind the lady at the window 3 times. I live 20 mins away and it's my fault not checking before leaving the line but I'm prone to hurrying on so the people behind me can get thru too. Receiving the wrong order is a constant problem even when receiving inside and checking before you leave. I have had to send it back three times before they get it right and never a complicated order. I don't get sides and rarely get biscuits. It's either mild strips or mild dark meat between 8-12 pieces. The kids in there can neither read nor count and it shows in their ability to manage the screens and orders of customers. The register staff puts it in correct but the back of house can never do it right.
