Used the drive-thru for a quick meal to take home.. the biscuit was UNDERCOOKED .. the chicken was GREASY.. the potatoes and gravey along with the slaw was okay. But everything was tasteless.. no seasoning.. bland.I will not be back

Need to learn not to hold meetings during opening hours. Turning customers away because you failed to schedule your staff meeting properly. Don't think corporate would appreciate hearing about this! Bad way to do business!

I ordered 2 times through door dash one time they forgot my coleslaw completely and never complied other time(tonight) the chicken tenders was almost uncooked disgusting I think this is the worst location I always had a good experience with popeyes other than here in cabot

Popcorn shrimp was overcooked. Could not eat it at all. My order was incorrect when I got home. I waited for my food for a very long time.

1st Time to visit this Popeyes , no complaints, got food in timely matter. It was takeout.revisited today excellent food service lacking.
If I get all my food it's good but I have been here a few times and every time my order has been messed up in some way, whether it's they forgot one thing or I got spicy and I ordered mild. I will say the food I get is good. Just don't get it all the time. Double check everything in your order before you leave.
The WORST PLACE IN CABOT. Went in placed our order set down after we cleaned off the table which was fifty. Then the person come over to tell us they forgot to start our order 15 minutes later he came back and said they gave our order away to someone else as the cooks were laughing about it In our view we asked for a refund. The manager acted annoyed with us as she gave us a refund. DONT EVER GO HERE.

Everything was good except red beans and rice... the forgot the rice part..so had a half bowl of just beans.. ?
We showed up at 8:22 PM. Ordered our food. Once we paid we were informed that our fries were just being dropped and it would be 3 minutes. We were asked if we wanted to wait and I said yes. We pulled forward and about 10 minutes later someone brought out a bag and asked if we ordered a chicken sandwich. I said yes we had actually ordered two. As we prepared to drive away we noticed there were no fries in the order. We pulled back in and entered inside to hopefully fix the issue. Ther we were no fries ready and we had to wait even longer to get our original order as all fries were given to other customers waiting behind us. This took until 8:45. I'm not sure what's going on here but running a restaurant isn't the priority.

The need to fire the big girl with brown hair and glasses! She’s horribly rude, and obviously has a miserable life so she takes it out on customers!
