The food here is so delicious and the presentation of the food makes it that much better. The staff is so friendly and courteous. I ordered Gumbo today and it was as good as mines! Bravo!

We met our daughter and grandchild for brunch. The server Sean was great, but food was mediocre. Biscuits were way overdone and the eggs on the Benedict were hard cooked. Pancakes and breakfast burrito were good. Usually the food is much better.

Absolutely Fantastic. Wonderful service, had a very attentive waiter with a calm and relaxed vibe, very cool overall. Food was top tier. Chicken and Waffles is a hard thing to make exquisite, and they do it well. Ask for a to go box tho, because whatever you order, you're not gonna be able to finish it. Would recommend in a heartbeat, and will be going back.

We ordered through Doordash and even from Cabot to Jacksonville it was superb! My kids absolutely loved it and want to go eat there "all the time" now šā¤ļø We ordered the following and it was all DELICIOUS:

Yesterday I called in a curbside order because they offer curbside. The lady on the phone told me they did. I called that in 30 minutes early since Iām work exactly 28 minutes from the purple onion called in my order when I get there could not find a parking spot so I pulled up to the to go door and the lady mind you when I called my order and she told me 25 minutes is when my order would be finished so I pull up to the door. Itās been about 35 to 40 minutes cause I worked a little bit late so I pull up to the to go door, and the lady tells me that I canāt park there and that if I will pull over to the parking spot by the donut shop thatās across the street. She would walk my order out to me. I said OK how much longer do you think she said about 10 minutes and I said OK , so I pull over the donut shop and I wait patiently for 27 minutes. Donāt see nobody so I pull back around through the purple onions parking lot and I parked behind a black car that was parked the same way I was fixing to park and I get out and some people that are workers thereās three of them out there at the back door standing out there smoking I get out and the gentleman says you canāt park there maāam and I said well I canāt park By , the to go order Doar nor can I park here so where do I park to walk in to get my to go order and he said Iām not sure what to tell you and I told him very clearly. Well Iām gonna park somewhere to get my damn food so I pull out of the parking lot and pull around and I literally park in front of the door and I donāt give a crap what anybody says because at that point Iāve waited one hour if not longer for my freaking food and this is ridiculous. Thereās no reason for that at all. Yes, the purple onion was busy , but you need to be honest with someone thatās spending over $40 for freaking food that itās gonna be a lot longer than what they told you donāt lie to your customers because all you did was a lie to your customer because I can guarantee you when I called that order in it was like at 4:15 4:20 PM. I can guarantee you you were just as busy at that time. Then you were when you told me another 10 minutes. Do not lie to your customer. The catfish tasted like you had gotten it out of some pond. The shrimp was really good actually , but other than that, your service sucks the little guy that brought the food to my car finally, as I was sitting in front of the to go order door because I was not moving and I didnāt give a crap who told me too because I was fed up that little guy was very courteous and apologetic, but I wrote on my receipt zero tip and that one hour or longer to have to wait for your curbside order is BS. Thatās a not needed situation and with that experience, I will never be back again and anybody that ever asked me about that place I will always tell them that they will lie to you about the timeframe on your to go orders and that youāre gonna wait at least an hour or more because thatās how this place works out. This is bull crap, and I cannot believe that I was treated this way. A little girl on the phone needs to stop lying to people. If you canāt meet the needs of the customer the timeframe that you tell them you donāt need to lie to them just to get them to order your crappy food.

They spoke to people at tables directly next to us but completely ignored my husband and I. The service here is AWFUL! If you want to be ignored then this is the restaurant for you.
