I always have such a great experience when I go to Starhouse donuts! All the staff is super nice and friendly! The food is always fresh and delicious. I love all the options they have from the donuts, to the sandwichs and even the cold drinks!

Wow I’ve been doing where for years and never had issues until today got a lg biscuit gravy. A the biscuits was so hard I couldn’t break it with my fingers an my mother try to eat it and it pop out her denture!

Nothing against the people but I figure you should be able to speak the language of the people you sell too. Took them 5 tries to get the correct donuts after I told them repeatedly which ones I wanted. The person in front of me had the same problem. I also noticed they keep their eggs unrefrigerated and on a shelve really low to the ground which doesn't seem hygienic. Won't go back here for donuts or anything with eggs for sure!

You aren’t sick or imaging things! The chocolate icing for the donuts, really does taste like GASOLINE!! I’m not sure if it’s an ingredient they use that’s gone rancid or if it’s a chemical reaction of some kind; but the owners definitely need to figure it out! Do NOT eat anything made with it!
I went two separate times, one on 4th and yesterday; BOTH times I had to throw them out bc of it! I said nothing to the other people who also got donuts, but they all agreed something was bad and threw out theirs as well! Yesterday, My husband took one bite out of his donut holes and said, “Gross! Why do these taste like GAS?!”
Donuts are a treat in my home, and they are far too expensive to be thrown away every time! Save yourself some money and disappointment annd the risk of you or your family getting sick; please don’t eat anything covered in this until they figure out whatever is causing it!
Owners: Please fix this! We love our community and want to support local businesses in Cabot!

I asked for 2 regular kolaches, and I was instead given the spicy. I also ordered a coffee that tasted like they had used expired milk in it. It was awful, and I don’t think I’ll be back.
Great service. Sometimes there is a language barrier, but the food is wonderful. It is the best place to get donuts for me.

Starhouse donuts ? ? is my favorite.The donuts are fresh and the service is great. The cinnamon sugar twist is my favorite, the maple bar with cream is my husband's favorite, and the huge cinnamon roll is our son's favorite.

My food was cold, and stale, the lady at the service window couldn’t understand a lick of English, and so I spent 10 minutes trying to tell her what I want, half dozen glazed donuts and a monster, and after all that had to get the manager or shift lead who kinda spoke English and I finally got my food for it to be cold
