I had high hopes for my visit to Slim Chicken, especially after seeing a deal on their app. Unfortunately, my first experience was disappointing. The food was served cold and undercooked, with the chicken showing signs of being improperly prepared. Something like that could have caused food poisoning. I immediately trashed it. What a waste of money!

Hoping for a better outcome on my second visit, I wanted to request that the wings be cooked longer to avoid the issues I had before. However, I found that there was no option to add special requests through the app. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I asked the staff if they could cook my meal a little longer. The response I received was that they couldn't accommodate my request, and I was told that the chicken was already done, which didn't seem accurate because I ended up waiting around 10-12 minutes for my order.

In addition to the food issues, I found the service to be slow every time I’ve visited and the staff there are rude. Given that feeding a family of three at Slim Chicken is not inexpensive, it was disappointing to encounter these issues. The one highlight was the cheesecake jar, which, while delicious, is not something they make in-store.

Overall, my experiences at the Cabot location have not met my expectations, and I would recommend caution if you decide to visit. I added 5 star to atmosphere only because of the location of the building.

I had the wings and my son had the wings and strips. Wings didn't have to much on them and the Buffalo sauce wasn't very Buffaloy. Not much in flavor. The strips were great though.

brandy was so helpful at the cabot location. she explained all of the family packages with me and didn't seem irritated or annoyed like usual experiences at similar places. brandee was amazing!
