All the carhops are great my issue is with the app. No fails it will not send over when I request item to be removed from order or will change the size of the drinks from the route 44 to large or a large to a medium is getting really really irritating

My wife and I go here frequently but tonight I couldn't help but be disappointed. Not only did my wife pay for whip cream on both of our blasts, they didn't even fill them up all the way and the whip was not present! On top of all it took forever to get! Very disappointing, probably won't come back to this Sonic anymore.

The carhop was slightly rude and dropped her tray on my vehicle. The drinks were good, I had the blackberry cherry water. Always use the app for half-off drinks.
