Shout out to the sonic next to mean Pig! Today the speaker didn’t work and the girl came out and was so kind! She went back in and did our order and then even came back to check on us! Not only was she kind she was so beautiful with her smile! We need more kindness and the little things go very far! So thank you!!!
The carhops are always friendly. Nice atmosphere, and a playground for the kids!

Had the worst experience at this location. I ordered 3 burgers and 1 lg tot. The first burger I opened up for my daughter had a hair on it. I called the guy back over and told him and he said that he would make a new one, but as I’m sitting there waiting i think about it and I don’t wanna eat a new one. I don’t want any of it now cause I’m literally trying to keep myself from throwing up. So I push the button and I tell them that I just wanted a refund. I don’t want them to remake it so the guy brings the refund and is so apologetic and says that they were going to make the whole order again and give us the refund even though I wasn’t going to eat it other people said that they would go ahead and eat it so we sat there and we wait for over 30 minutes, push the button again and ask the girl what was going on that the guy said they were remaking the order for us and we’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes now what’s the time that we waited before we got the food and she said that they weren’t remaking the order we said we didn’t want it. We did at first, but when he came outside, he insisted on making it all fresh, and we told him ok. So instead of sitting there arguing with the girl who is clearly trying to argue we just said never mind. Don’t worry about it. We’re pulling around the building to leave. The girl proceeds to stick her hands out of the drive-through window and flip us off. And I suggested that she come outside so we can finish the conversation and she disappeared to the back. I will not ever go to this location again, and I suggest other people go to a different location also unless they like Hair in their food and horrible customer service.

They have a problem with the point of sale system holding your Credit Card transaction for a few weeks and then processing it at one time. Talking to the GM he will tell you your SOL that if they give you money back they would be out of business. This is not true because not receiving payment for the transaction for weeks didn’t seem to hurt them. Plus this is why Bussiness have insurance. Seems like to me they care more about there bottom line then the community the service.
so this was our first time visiting this location since they opened up the new place, and I have to admit it is WAY better than the old spot. but I really want to say that the carhops were on point today. We had several people check on us to make sure everything was how we ordered it, so if you haven't been to Sonic in a while... now is a great time to stop by and check them out!

It's Sonic, the new one in Cabot, everything was fine but some opening well bugs like you couldn't order certain things on the menu on the app, but we mentioned it and they could order them in person and said there were issues with the app reporting things unavailable.

Ordered combo meal and charged for it but didn't get also ordered burger with mustard pickle onion only got lettuce pickle mayo just wasted my money won't order from the NEW sonic again

Just Got two jr cheese deluxe burgers and they we cold. Just like they came out of refrigerator. Not happy!! I had to microwave it
After waiting for our meal to be corrected, finally get to eat and the bacon is raw and rubber in the toaster and the burrito , first time at the new location and already will not be back for anything but happy hour drinks

So we swing in on our way home and order 2 #5s and A mozzarella stick with ranch. This SHOULD be the garlic bacon cheeseburger meals and a single order of mozzarella sticks. The girls was “writing” this down, but says they’re out of ranch. I decide that’s not a big deal. She goes inside, to put in our order? Then she comes out and asks that we move to the next stall, again, not a big deal. When our food comes out the girl looks miserable, so we hand her our card and head home. When we finally get home we realize that we have two orders of mozzarella sticks, NO meals and the wrong burgers. When you call up there all they do is say “well you can come back up here” but why would we drive all the way back for more unhappy delivery and possibly getting it wrong again.

There was a dead fly in my Reeses Blast! The worker was nice about it and gave us a new one with a new spoon. If you get anything from there just check and make sure there are no dead flies.??

Ordered my usual Dt Strawberry Limeade, which has always been a diet limeade with fresh cut up strawberries. Received a cherry limeade. Went back thru drive-thru handed it back and let them know the error. Received a what I assume was a new drink and drove away, only to find out it was also a cherry limeade.
