Last night me, my fiance and 2 children wrecked badly pulling into the parking lot, I have no clue who the employee was but I wish I did. The employee came outside to check on us and brought the food and drinks we had ordered online outside to us. Thank you for being so kind to my family. Sonic NEEDS more employees like you. Roll back the cameras and give that guy a raise for the best customer service served!

Ordered the Groovy Fries with my meal and was very disappointed with their quality. They were served cold and hard. Having previously worked at Sonic for several years, I understand the standards expected for food quality, and it was clear that the employee handling expo at this location on 12/7/25 at approximately 3:00 PM was not ensuring those standards were met.

Given that this was during a slower hour, the quality should have been even more consistent. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will be choosing to visit the 2nd Street location moving forward.

Rebel Barbie Rebel Racing

We stopped in and ordered on the app. We got drinks a snack wrap and Jr cheeseburger.
Everything was great except the cheeseburger was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. I didn't say anything about it because we were in a hurry. That's the 2nd time I've gotten cold food from them.

I have went there 3 times and ordered a master shake of Oreo chocolate and the first time it was just an Oreo shake the second time it was right the third time I went and and ordered a master shake Oreo chocolate and they gave me just a Oreo shake so I sent it back after telling them the exact order and all they gave me was an chocolate shake

Shout out to the sonic next to mean Pig! Today the speaker didn’t work and the girl came out and was so kind! She went back in and did our order and then even came back to check on us! Not only was she kind she was so beautiful with her smile! We need more kindness and the little things go very far! So thank you!!!

Had the worst experience at this location. I ordered 3 burgers and 1 lg tot. The first burger I opened up for my daughter had a hair on it. I called the guy back over and told him and he said that he would make a new one, but as I’m sitting there waiting i think about it and I don’t wanna eat a new one. I don’t want any of it now cause I’m literally trying to keep myself from throwing up. So I push the button and I tell them that I just wanted a refund. I don’t want them to remake it so the guy brings the refund and is so apologetic and says that they were going to make the whole order again and give us the refund even though I wasn’t going to eat it other people said that they would go ahead and eat it so we sat there and we wait for over 30 minutes, push the button again and ask the girl what was going on that the guy said they were remaking the order for us and we’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes now what’s the time that we waited before we got the food and she said that they weren’t remaking the order we said we didn’t want it. We did at first, but when he came outside, he insisted on making it all fresh, and we told him ok. So instead of sitting there arguing with the girl who is clearly trying to argue we just said never mind. Don’t worry about it. We’re pulling around the building to leave. The girl proceeds to stick her hands out of the drive-through window and flip us off. And I suggested that she come outside so we can finish the conversation and she disappeared to the back. I will not ever go to this location again, and I suggest other people go to a different location also unless they like Hair in their food and horrible customer service.

They have a problem with the point of sale system holding your Credit Card transaction for a few weeks and then processing it at one time. Talking to the GM he will tell you your SOL that if they give you money back they would be out of business. This is not true because not receiving payment for the transaction for weeks didn’t seem to hurt them. Plus this is why Bussiness have insurance. Seems like to me they care more about there bottom line then the community the service.

so this was our first time visiting this location since they opened up the new place, and I have to admit it is WAY better than the old spot. but I really want to say that the carhops were on point today. We had several people check on us to make sure everything was how we ordered it, so if you haven't been to Sonic in a while... now is a great time to stop by and check them out!

It's Sonic, the new one in Cabot, everything was fine but some opening well bugs like you couldn't order certain things on the menu on the app, but we mentioned it and they could order them in person and said there were issues with the app reporting things unavailable.
