3 chicken strips that were clearly under the heat lamp for 2 hours, dried out and barely edible. You would have to put all 3 together to make one regular sized tender. Gross and tiny. Tots were good. Service was fast. Kids were nice but none of that really matters when the company steals from customers. And before you ask me to call, no. You escalate it yourself if you care enough. It's the Cabot AR location off 5.

I just wanted some fried snacks for lunch today. Onion rings cheese sticks and jalapeño poppers. The food was so so. Not inedible but the fryer definitely needs cleaning and filtered.

I would maybe only the second car here around 8:45 in the morning and I waited 25 to 30 minutes for my food. Granted it was chicken sandwiches, but I used to work at sonic for five years and I know it doesn’t take 30 minutes to fry some chicken. There were several people that pulled up after me and got their food quickly and left while I was still sitting out here waiting for my food. The carhop Mason, who also delivered my drink to me in the first place was not very friendly and was fairly rude. He walked away as he was telling me my food would be ready in two minutes. However, it is well exceeded two minutes. I will never be coming back to the sonic again nor will I ever recommend this to anyone.

I am ALLERGIC to onions. I ALWAYS order without ONIONS. GUESS WHAT WAS ALL OVER MY BURGER? It had to be thrown away. And ticket said NO ONIONS.

We live near the hwy 5 sonic so we stop in frequently. About a month ago we received a burger that must have been a left over from the day before. Buns soaked in liquid and tasted bad. We went a couple weeks ago to get the buy one and get one free. Only could purchase only one. Full price for others even tho the deal did not list how many you can purchase at essentially half price. Now I get a notice of 99 cent corn dogs. Nothing says there is a limit on them but I will not be going there to be told I can only get one. I will not be going back to that place again. I used to love their burgers but not now. Quality has really went down there. Trying to scam you for money is what appears to be going on.

I bought a vanilla shake from here, and it somehow had strawberry blended into it. Every time I tried to sip it, chunks came through the straw. A month or 2 later, I decided to give it another try and was going to give it to my sister. I tried to drink some of it, and strawberry was blended in AGAIN. My sister is deathly allergic to strawberries, so this could've killed her if I hadn't tried some before giving it to her. Please clean your blenders/mixers, Sonic. This is disgusting. I will never buy ice cream from here again.

I came in this morning and Alex took my order and was my carhop. My order was correct hot and delicious and when she noticed that my salsa was not with my order she promptly went back in with no hesitation and retrieve them for me. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience thank you. After posting my review I noticed all the bad reviews and people tend to take more time to leave something bad than they do good. I'm glad I could leave the good post.

I was very disappointed due to the food I ordered on 10/18/2024@6PM. I live in greystone and my name is Brad Richison. I ordered a large fries received medium fries and the tater tots were right don’t get me wrong the fries and tater tots were great. The burgers were awful the patties were cold and not cooked all the way through we didn’t get sick but they tasted awful. Please take your time and make the food right it’s to expensive to pay for messed up food?
