I’m so pleased to review Starbucks in Cabot, AR. on Rockwood. On November 20, 2025 I had gone to the doctor that morning bright and early In Little Rock for some test. You know those kind of test where you can’t eat or have any caffeine. It had been already been 14 to 15 hours since I had anything. I live in Judsonia, AR. I was tired, hungry with very little energy. So I decided to stop and have a Green Tea Frappuccino, I went through drive through. I’m allergic to coffee and can only have tea. I thought I had ordered the large, but it turned out I ordered the small and I knew that wasn’t enough to get me home. The Barista at the window was very nice, sweet and told me that they would replace my drink with a large and she stopped to take the time to explain to me the difference between the small and a large on what they’re called for when I order the next time. I would like to say that I always get great service at Starbucks but, this was exceptional service! They went above and beyond servicing me. I had a question about one of their items and neither knew so she called the manager and asked. Even on her day off she took the time to give me the information I needed. I will always be stopping at this location while traveling back and forth to all my doctor appointments that I have to go to in Little Rock. Thank you for the information and I appreciate the gift. I was able to make it home safely and full of Green Tea Frappuccino. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas to the Cabot team! Your the best.

I was having a bad morning and decided to treat myself to a coffee, I guess they could tell because they made my coffee extra special and even gave me a cake pop!!! It made me cry more but with happy tears this time!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!
