Bought a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino one day and it was so good! So the next week I went back to have another and it wasn't as good. :( I was left wondering where the caramel and crunch went. :( 😞

It’s 5 in the morning and the ladies here are so freaking nice. All of them. They were super! And for the first time my avocado spread wasn’t sitting on top of my eggs. Every Starbucks I go to always use their fingers to put the cold plastic avocado cup right on top of my nice hot eggs. Unsanitary. But these ladies put it in its own bag. It’s much appreciated!

I went to Starbucks and ordered a chai latte added some extra things to it one being oat milk but whenever I receive my order, it was some type of iced coffee instead and so I go back in tell them it wasn’t what i ordered I ordered a Chai latte I don’t do coffee So they remake my order I get and leave I drink my drink a little bit and they put milk instead of oat milk, which is what I requested because I have a dairy sensitivity and it will upset my stomach and make me physically sick

This is the second time that we've visited the Cabot location, and they didn't have coffee brewed. I was told I could wait a little bit for an Americano or pour-over. No reason or excuse given. I find it very off that a coffee establishment opens its doors without having coffee readily available to their costumers. Some improvements are needed at this location. A positive note is that they're usually friendly and fairly quick.

There is the lady who works here she has amazing makeup so pretty and always has her black hair up she stands almost center of the counter making the coffee orders and the lady who took my moms order and mine bless her we ordered a lot and it was already busy and loud she missed minor details but it was okay no hard feelings the lady with black hair made sure my coffee was cold and made sure my the other coffee had carmal drizzle on the cup
 the pretty lady with black hair was so funny I asked for carmal drizzle on top and she asked if I wanted it on the cup too and she looked at me knowing that I wanted it and we laughed and made sure I was happy. Great customer service always has a smile and greets people who walk in when no one else does. When I walk in and see her I know my coffee is going to be good. Her and platinum blonde I can’t remember either of there names but the blonde wasn’t in when I went in around 10 today. I hope that lady has a great day and I hope she gets recognized for her hard work.

If you go to Starbucks in Cabot
 avoid a worker named Teagan!! She will throw whatever you ask her for on the counter at you and walk away with an attitude!! You’re not allowed to ask for straws or sleeves for your boiling cup of coffee!!

First, I love this Starbuck, I drive all over the state, and this location is the best in Arkansas, IMHO.

The only problem I have is that on Saturday before last, there were not enough people. It was so bad that my son took a dollar of his own money and put it into the tip jar, and he did not order anything that day.

If you are offering deals like 4 for $20, people like me, that usually make their own coffee on the weekends, will be buying.

I am Pro employee, and I will not add stress to the system. Management do better and schedule more people.

Ordered two drinks on the app. Went in to wait for them and decided we wanted to buy a snack separately. My mom got the spinach feta egg wrap and I ordered a pumpkin muffin. We were checked out and got our drinks by 3:11. Working in fast food, I know the “microwaves” used to prepare the premade food takes less than a minute. Being polite, we waited around until 3:25, in which I watched the employee just putting in my mother’s wrap. Still not wanting to be rude, we did not say anything. When called up to pick up our food, they told us they did not have any more pumpkin muffins. I told the barista that I would take a cheese danish in replacement. Another ten minutes and no one had put anything in the oven. We slowly approached the counter, and when I relayed to another barista what I had ordered, she automatically replied with, “we do not have any more pumpkin muffins.” Which again, was fine with me, I just quickly wanted a replacement, because at this point, I had finished my entire trenta drink, and my mother had finished her wrap and half of her drink after thirty minutes of waiting. They all continued to turn their headsets on, as the second barista I talked to huffed. Not a minute later, I had my danish. To watch it being made in thirty seconds when we waited for thirty minutes, trying not to be rude, and being met with attitude, is not professional.
