We got 2 foot long subs, on our rewards if we bought one the 4th would be free. We expressed this to the lady who was working, i believe her name was Sarah. Her attitude was appalling, she expressed she's always by herself in the store when we tried to initiate some small talk and asked if they had her working by herself. I understand getting frazzled, but that doesn't mean you can be talk however you want to the customer. We even tried small talk to lessen the tension and just got attitude in return. She never scanned our rewards app and stated she can't give us credit for a sandwich we already paid for. Then when we went to hand her a gift card we had gotten she got another attitude with us and told us she doesn't scan it, we scan it (we weren't sure if it would work on the card reader or not). This was the worst experience I've had at subway, this was also the first time I had ever been to this location and I will NEVER be going back. I'm taking my business to the one off pine street that I usually go to, at least the employees are nice there. Also, the bread is stale and my husband had hair in his sandwich. So definitely not going back.

I have been to this location many times and have seen the crew change. The new manager seems to truly care about the employees and their jobs. Sarah has been so kind and inviting each time i have been there. The young lady akiri is sweet and kind and always a joy to see.

If I could give this a 0 star I would. SARAH is one of the worst employees I’ve ever come across in my life. She has the WORST attitude, negative demeanor, CROSS CONTAMINATES and made one of the nastiest sandwich I’ve had. She talks under her breath and tries to correct you while she talks to you as well. She’s obviously very very unhappy to work there. If I see her there again I will absolutely walk right back out and take my business elsewhere. Unbelievable Subway allows that type of behavior. Do not let her make your sandwich!!!

We went and grabbed our food, mobile order. Everything was listed on the recipe step by step what we wanted. We got home and 3 out of 4 sandwiches are completely incorrect. We take them back, the service was decent and went to remake them. During this process, we had to correct them the entire time as they tried to remake the exact same sandwiches we had just brought in. They didn’t even bother to read over the receipt to get the order right, so instead we were having to tell them repeatedly the exact same thing over and over. (That’s a 12 inch. No onions. Add this, etc.) we eventually got our food 30 minutes later after having to remake the sandwiches with step by step instructions to the servers.

Came into the store for lunch and was having a really bad day! The lady with the red hair, complimented my red hair and was honestly so joyful and sweet! It was a great experience with great food

Ordered online. I don't order subway too often but when i do i usually like to go to this location because i dont normally have problems from here. But this time i did. I ordered extra mayo to which there was not extra on the sandwich but a few packets tossed in the bag. I made sure to put extra in the notes. Ive never had to specifically tell them extra on the sandwich but if i order again i will be sure to tell them on the sandwich and not packets. Im disappointed and i know its a small thing but theres no feedback on the app so i had to do it here. And the sandwich was barely toasted which surprised me. Usually its so wonderfully crunchy and it was as if they microwaved it instead. Service was great in the sense that i was greeted right away and she was very friendly but i was disappointed in my sandwich.

They are absolutely LIARS. I told them the code for $7 footloose ng he said he could not put that code in!!! So I went to Jeramie’s mikes and paid $18 cause you are a liar!!!!

The Main Street Subway is awful, customer service is bad and I feel bad for those being trained by whoever the lady is that works there, not overly friendly, with customers or other employees. Even though that Subway is closer to me, I go to another one.
Vegetarian options: I don't pay attention to what is offered for vegetarian
Kid-friendliness: Not from one lady who works there, I've seen her twice. No longer will go to that Subway
