Easily one of the worst restaurants in Cabot. Half the time their debit card machine is down so it's cash only. I've once sat at the drive thru speaker for over 6 minutes. This was after someone said hello and asked me to wait. I then called the store while I was in the drive thru. She apologized and said she completely forgot about me. Another time I pulled into the drive thru and waited about 5 minutes and started saying hello to get someone's attention. No one answered. I backed up and went inside. There was one person working and she didn't have headphones on to let people in the drive thru know that they were understaffed. She informed me that 9 online orders just came through and it would be a while. Why not let ppl know in the drive thru?! Instead of just letting them sit there not knowing what's going on? Terribly managed store. Will never go back.

So I ordered $45 worth of food some of that order was cookies I was told that they were out of one they were going to substitute that which was fine but when I got my order there was one cookie and the manager when I called her was so rude and hung up on me she told me she didn't know what to tell me that I would have to call DoorDash for a refund or I could drive all the way into town and pick it up this is not customer service at its finest I will never return to this trashy restaurant The food was horrible and the service was worse

This is one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had at Subway! Helen absolutely made my day. She greeted each new person who came through the door with a cheerful smile and attitude. She made conversation with each customer as she built their sandwich and genuinely added to my experience. She even let me know what items were new to the menu or leaving soon, above and beyond what i expected. Thank you Helen! Count me as a reference for a raise!

OMGGG 😫😫 I don't know how to add a picture, but just know I MESSED THAT SANDWICH UPPPP! Shout-out Jonathan with the ginger hair, he made probably the best sandwich in HISTORY tonight. Genuinely was absolutely delicious. I am pregnant and hadn't been able to keep much food down, but the moment that sandwich entered my mouth it was game over. It was gone in less than 10 minutes. Our sandwich artist Jonathan absolutely deserves a raise, he was very very kind, understanding, and overall made sandwich creating atmosphere superior to any subway I've ever been to. Definitely going to come again. Very yummy.

When I came in lady walked up to me and immediately started texting and turned around and left. Second lady came out and let me know she hasn’t even started my online order. Every time I come here it takes 25+ minutes despite being empty

My friend and I went to get food after a game and when we got home, we got something completely different than what we ordered. The bread was so tough it hurt our mouth trying to eat it. Definitely do not recommend going to this
