The bbq chicken sandwich is great.

Went there on a Friday evening, and it was deserted. The gal taking our order seemed less than enthusiastic for sure. Had a pulled pork sandwich and the pork was cold, the bun was cold and the coleslaw was cold. Taste was not bad, but it would have been much better had it been warmer. The blackberry cobbler was warm and good.

The shredded brisket tasted like a roast with no smoke flavor and the ribs were very dry. And the potatoes salad and coleslaw were awful.

They give zero sauce on the sandwich and it’s cold. Asked about slaw and was told it’s extremely wet. We don’t all want our slaw soaked. I’ll not be back.

Not a great experience. I went through the drive-thru and they were out of almost everything. The poor kids working there tried their best to put something together for me and my family, and I really appreciate their effort. But the food itself was disappointing — everything was so dry I couldn’t eat it, the beans tasted like they came straight out of a can, and the potato salad was more like mashed potatoes.

I came from California to visit family and one of my must dos was to stop in mean pig and get a pulled pork sandwhich. A bunch of my family came with me and what a let down. The ribs were dry as a bone, the pork was cold. My sister took my mom's plate back to ask them to heat it up and the guy said it had just came off the smoker. It wasn't room temp, it was cold. It was a bummer because it used to be so good and I bragged about it all over the country. Now I would be a liar

I ordered a smoked ham for Thanksgiving and I hate to say this publicly because I love this family and I love their food but the ham I ordered for Thanksgiving was fatty and had no smoked flavor. I have ordered for almost 8 years and this is a first for me. Just wanted them to know that this year was a bummer for me in the money that I spent was totally wasted. I hope I’m the only one that this happened to as it does not deter me from your restaurant at all.

This place is gluten friendly! I told them I had a gluten allergy...they change gloves, cleaned the area and had gluten free food options. Loved it.

Worst BBQ I've ever had. Tasted like it had some type of cleaning product in it. Don't know if it was the sauce or the BBQ it had so much sauce it needed served in a bowl not a rapper.

Just average,but have had better barbecue.Im in no hurry to go back. Also disappointed they don't have fries.

Very disappointed. Beans look like soup, potato salad, I don’t know what that was. A lot of fat on the brisket and no taste on the ribs. This is not what I remembered.
