Normally, everything is great, but everything we ordered tonight was cold. It was a waste of my money.
I have been to this location a million times and have always had a wonderful customer service experience until tonight. My girlfriend and I placed an order for 2 smoothies and a quesadilla through the drive through. We paid for our food and drinks, and then the girl working the drive through handed us the quesadilla and straws for our drinks, but didn't hand us our drinks. I very nicely asked if we could have our drinks, and the girl proceded to roll her eyes and hand me 2 more straws. I asked her for my drinks again and she rolled her eyes again and caught an attitude with me and finally got me our drinks. She was very disrespectful about me asking for the drinks that I paid for to the point that she made me feel bad about asking for them. I even said I was sorry and she rolled her eyes again as we were pulling off. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service that we experienced tonight, and even more so disappointed that we were treated that way over drinks we had already paid for. We will not be back.
Terrible experience. Rude staff, food was slimy. Do not eat here. 0/10. Never had this experience at other locations.

Usually there is no issues here. Today, went in to pick up a door dash. I tell them why I’m here, they just ignore me. First off I could have been placing an order, not just picking up. When I finally got someone to acknowledge me, the girl had quite a snappy attitude. Telling me I had to “order” over there, which was literally a foot and a half from where I was standing. No need to have an attitude, we both just trying to do our job. They should definitely have that chic in some type of customer service training. She definitely isn’t manager material.

The wife & I come here a lot after the gym, and everything is usually good. The one issue I have, and didn't notice until recently, is that all the employees taking up parking next to the front door. You might ask how I even know? Well, that's easy.... the only other group that was also dining in at the time was parked in the single handicap spot (which is ironically farther away). That's not really good company policy, to inconvenience your customers by making them walk across the parking lot.
