Ray at the Cabot location is Amazing! My salad wasn’t made correctly, and although short staffed he Provided excellent customer service and was able to correct it and get my salads out fast. The rest of my order was made correctly and the food was fresh! The staff was friendly and all had positive attitudes.

*UPDATE TO BELOW: The last two times through the drive-thru have been much quicker.
It's my favorite Wendy's in the area, but they're so sloooowww. People pull out of the drive-thru line almost every time I'm there. I can't speak to the dining room.

Just keep driving or pick somewhere else to go. Service is horrible and workers are so rude. I also went inside and the place was completely dirty, the about of dust in the screens above food is impressive

Cold food after ordering 5 minutes ahead of time and waiting 10 minutes after the drive thru. Not the first time, but this time is the last.

Sooooo slow! Waited over 30 minutes to pick up a order for someone. Watched them get numerous drive thru and front counter orders out and just kept skipping over the order I was picking up. I do not recommend ordering through a delivery service with them.

Tried To get the bucket of chili but the excuse that was given was why they could not make the order was because someone just got a large cup and the ran out just sounds like they are just not wanting to work

I was asked to pull up at the drive thru and wait, when my food was finally brought to me. The potatoes were very cold, you would think that being parked to have fresh food cooked, that that's indeed what you would receive. I pulled around and went in, the manager told me it would be an additional 3 min to get fresh food that I should have gotten to begin with. I said no Thank you, I'm already running late waiting on you guys. She started making baby whining noises at me. The manager that is.
Why send out cold food and then be mad when it needs to be corrected. Aren't you a manager aren't you supposed to be on top of the freshness of the food and customer service

Idk if the rats or hungry employees decided to take a bite out of my bun, but either way, it’s unacceptable! I really wish they close this whole location down or we as a community just stop giving them business! Food was cold after waiting for at least 10 minutes on a mobile order.
