I was asked to pull up at the drive thru and wait, when my food was finally brought to me. The potatoes were very cold, you would think that being parked to have fresh food cooked, that that's indeed what you would receive. I pulled around and went in, the manager told me it would be an additional 3 min to get fresh food that I should have gotten to begin with. I said no Thank you, I'm already running late waiting on you guys. She started making baby whining noises at me. The manager that is.
Why send out cold food and then be mad when it needs to be corrected. Aren't you a manager aren't you supposed to be on top of the freshness of the food and customer service

Idk if the rats or hungry employees decided to take a bite out of my bun, but either way, it’s unacceptable! I really wish they close this whole location down or we as a community just stop giving them business! Food was cold after waiting for at least 10 minutes on a mobile order.

Order my food online thinking it would be faster. Get to the store 5 mins later and I'm still sitting in the drive thru after 30 mins. The car in front of me has been sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes waiting on someone to take her order. No hurry in them whatsoever.
I am updating my review from 4 stars to 1 because in this past year this fast food restaurant has taken a nose dive and yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back. our experience is that the staff seems very under trained and therefore very slow to even take your order. they are too busy filling orders for door dash that they tell you over and over, I'm sorry...... I'm sorry... I'm sorry.... after waiting 15m they finally stop filling orders to at least take ours so we can get on the list. keep in mind the lobby isn't even full.. other times the wait has been so long we just left and went across the street to Freddie's who was PACKED and still managed to take our order and get it out fast!
yesterday there was max just us and 1 other person in the lobby with maybe 2 cars outside. we were hopeful we could get in and out in a decent amount of time. we ordered quickly and then proceeded to wait 30 minutes for a daves double burger, fries, and a salad.... 30 minutes.
the lobby isn't being up kept either with a blown out speaker that blares loudly and its horrible.... on top of that an employee, who was all laid out on the couch, was blaring their own music just as loud and it was so annoying to hear both.
when we did finally get our food, the burger and fries were ice cold....... my salad of course was cold and looked fresh, which was good, but the meat looked dried and old... just crumbles of chicken and barely any placed on the salad... its like they made our order forgot about it then called it out....
massively disappointmenting and we don't even want to come back anymore. this used to be our go to spot for quick and easy but now we will take our business elsewhere.

Took 20 min to get 2 sandwiches and one medium fry. And one sandwich was wrong. Then I watched at least 3 other customers getting their ordered corrected. Lobby was pretty slow at this time as well. Lobby smelled like armpit and the workers seemed to hate their job and move in slow motion. Save your time and money and go to McDonald's down the street

Something told me NOT to go here but my stomach was like “nahhhhh it’ll be okay”. Wrong! Everything we ordered was cold.
To top it off the workers inside had the nerve to not care and were rude when I let them know.
They got their cold food back and I received my money back.
Officially done with Wendy’s. Sorry Dave, these workers have ruined your legacy.

The food is good (even when the orders are wrong) but this seems to be the slowest freaking Wendy’s I’ve ever gone to. The drive through typically takes 30+ minutes, tried ordering inside last time to see if it was any quicker and no such luck. We obviously like the food and continue to try them but they are close to losing our business if they don’t stepup in service and on drive through waits. I eat at the ones in NLR and LR often and they are so much better than this location. I recommend looking at management and training folks better.

It was slow, took them forever to take my order and they kept ignoring the cash register when my friends dad wanted to order after me.

Food was ok, but staff was friendly. I visited later in the day and the store wasn't real clean, but didn't stop me from eating in the restaurant
