It was very underwhelming. We figured the fries would have at least been fresh seeing as how we waited for close to 30 minutes. They were cold and old.

Went thru the drive thru tonight, the woman taking orders wouldn’t stop interrupting me while I ordered to the point that I finally stopped talking after the 3rd time she said “anything else?” She then asked me if she was bothering me and I said no (she was) but that I just needed to finish my order. They had me pull forward to wait for chicken strips so when she brought me my food and snarling said “are you so and so?” Like she hadn’t JUST taken my order. I got home with half raw French fries, no sauce for my strips and 3 cokes instead of two and one Dr Pepper. This place has the worst customer service. I hope a manger sees this and takes action.

The food was not up to its usual taste. The fries weren't fully done. The chocolate milkshake was severely lacking chocolate, the coke was weak and the burgers really had no flavor. Very disappointed this time as we couldn't wait to eat at this new location. Not sure we will be returning. The Conway locations food was excellent when we were there and few weeks ago.

I waited for in drive-thru for someone to take my order and no one responded to me so I had to go in the lobby to place my order and they charged .79 cents for each slice of cheese on my triple burger and I also paid for bacon and they didn’t even give me bacon on my burger and there was only me and one other customer there

They have a buffalo chicken and ranch sandwich which is awesome. Not what you would expect from a burger place!

N'Shunna is amazing. The service is so good. Love this place. In contrast, I can't get anyone at the counter at the neighboring Taco Bell. This place has people serving you at the table inside. Wow.

Asked if I want cheese on my burger. I said yes but they didn't say they were going to add 2 slices and charge .79 per slice. Then when I get home they didn't bother to put the cheese on the burger. So I paid for the 20 + minutes of wait time and no cheese. This was my first visit to the new location and I can't find anything to be thrilled about. Burger was made very poorly too. Nothing against Whataburger itself as I've had good experiences in the past but this location dropped the ball.
