I ate at the Cabot location today and its was not good. The location in my home town is so much better. They didnt give much of a serving for large on our plates! My daughter didnt get her full kids meal. Toast was burt and fries didnt taste as good amd seasoned as they usually do. The coleslaw wasnt the best either. Also, this is the First time i ever been charged at a Zaxbys for extra sauce! That really upset me as my Zaxbys does not charge for extra saice.

My husband and I stopped by on our way through Cabot and we were greeted by a young man named Travis. He was such a delight! Such a wonderful attitude!
Zaxby’s was awesome as usual, but it’s Travis we are bragging about today. He put a smile on my face and took our order with a smile on his face. He was kind and gracious. Great work, Travis.
Best customer service I've ever received! I placed an online order around 4:00 PM on 1/25/2022. When I walked in the restaurant, I was immediately greeted by the woman working the register. She informed me that my order wasn't quite ready yet, due to them being understaffed. I totally understood. She told me I could have a seat and wait.
