Just moved back into the area and had a craving for one of the grilled chicken sandwiches, chicken was luke warm at best and dry. Hopefully next visit improves. But this restaurant has really gone downhill.

I ate at the Cabot location today and its was not good. The location in my home town is so much better. They didnt give much of a serving for large on our plates! My daughter didnt get her full kids meal. Toast was burt and fries didnt taste as good amd seasoned as they usually do. The coleslaw wasnt the best either. Also, this is the First time i ever been charged at a Zaxbys for extra sauce! That really upset me as my Zaxbys does not charge for extra saice.

The caisher was polite but other than that this location was a najor let down. I should of just waited the 2hr 30min drive to go to my Zaxbys

I was having trouble with my app and the young lady told me to pull to the window and she explained what I needed to do and I pulled into the parking lot and did as she said. Pulled back into the drive thru and made my order and everything was fresh, hot and delish. And received our free order of Chicken Fingers! Thank you to that very helpful young lady.

Never have i had fries that were actually cooked correctly. They're old, or undercooked or overcooked. Fries are not hard

Everyone has been very nice. They never forget our extra sauces too so that’s a plus. Only complaint is when we ask to “go big”, we don’t get any extra fries, so we just stopped requesting that. Overall, favorite fast food in Cabot!

Start off with some good. Staff seemed friendly and patient with me even though it took me a minute to peace an order together for my family. Because, I haven’t eaten at this location or at a Zaxbys in some time. Thankful to the two girls in the window. Thank you. Food was good.
Now the down side, so thought I would change up dinner time with some fast food. Went through the drive through and got one large up grade and one regular. No need to upgrade it doesn’t get you much maybe more to drink? Very disappointed when I got home to expect large tinders like it use to be. See pics. They are very small. I was charged for an extra bbq and sauce… they didn’t make it into my bag. Didn’t even know they charge for extra sauce. Till I looked when I got home. I’d recommend checking food before driving off. Coke was flat in my large cup.
When you need it right when you’re trying to feed a family for dinner not recommend based on first time trying Zaxbys agin. I’d recommend for a lunch dine in. Not dinner when it counts. Agin, thanks for your patience with me. But someone talk to the overhead to get larger portions when you order large and give two sauces per meal.

I regularly visit for the Cobb salad, but my recent experience was disappointing. The salad was missing the egg, had very little lettuce, and the bread was cold. Additionally, the portion sizes seem to be shrinking, and the quality has declined to the point where I’m considering taking my business elsewhere, such as Chick-fil-A.

Furthermore, the chicken was barely coated in sauce, and the cashiers, particularly one named Lilie, were quite rude. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning as well—there were trays and crumbs scattered throughout, making it difficult to find a clean place to sit. The restroom also had an unpleasant odor.

I would expect the general manager to address these issues to maintain the standards that customers have come to expect.
