Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The workers have always been good all the times we have gone but today they slipped and really disappointed me! The chicken they gave me was mushy and nasty, opened the box and this is exactly what it looked like!

Chicken was old and looks like they tried reheating it in the fryer before giving it to me, leaving so much grease in the bottom of my box. The dry rub lemon pepper was soggy from all the grease. Cold fries. Toast was fine.

This is honestly the best Zaxbys I’ve been to in years. The interior and tables were clean, the food was good, hot, well seasoned fries. Ice in the machine, drinks weren’t flat. I went in with a table of 5 just before a lunch rush of 15 came in and us and the large party all had their food in under 10 minutes. Staff were also very polite and quick. I wish more fast food places were like this location

Just moved back into the area and had a craving for one of the grilled chicken sandwiches, chicken was luke warm at best and dry. Hopefully next visit improves. But this restaurant has really gone downhill.

I ate at the Cabot location today and its was not good. The location in my home town is so much better. They didnt give much of a serving for large on our plates! My daughter didnt get her full kids meal. Toast was burt and fries didnt taste as good amd seasoned as they usually do. The coleslaw wasnt the best either. Also, this is the First time i ever been charged at a Zaxbys for extra sauce! That really upset me as my Zaxbys does not charge for extra saice.

The caisher was polite but other than that this location was a najor let down. I should of just waited the 2hr 30min drive to go to my Zaxbys

I was having trouble with my app and the young lady told me to pull to the window and she explained what I needed to do and I pulled into the parking lot and did as she said. Pulled back into the drive thru and made my order and everything was fresh, hot and delish. And received our free order of Chicken Fingers! Thank you to that very helpful young lady.
