Closing time is not accurate. They close the grill 25 min early. Can’t even open the entrance door properly without worrying about shearing your fingers. Rude manager and staff is just as useless because they will make you wait to take your order and then take it and tell you the grill is closed. Just a bad business overall.

As a trucker 🚛, I didn't care for the food options at the Flying J, so I decided to walk across the street to Flying Burger & Seafood and ordered the Tilapia Tacos 🌮 mild spicy with Pico de Gallo, tarter sauce and coleslaw slaw all on the tacos (it was 3 corn tacos that came with order), plus grilled zucchini/squash for the side. Absolutely delicious and the best fish tacos I've ever eaten, all fresh with perfectly warmed taco shells, and the grilled veggies were seasoned and grilled superb 👌🏿. I would definitely stop and eat here again if I'm ever passing back through. And the service was very friendly and helpful in making my food choice 👏🏿

We placed an order for 12 pieces of fish and fries and told 20 minutes over an hour later and multiple calls we finally received our order. The manager offered no apologies just that they were busy. It is like this every time we order from the caddo valley, AR location

I just to enjoy to com here a lot use to get my 6 wings buffalo and a doble cheese burger it was always great ....but today it was a big disappointment order my wings ,and today I was on the mod for fish tacos tilapia to be exact and a cheese burguer for my son place was super slow only 2 tables and it took way to long for my food to come out when finally got it my wings where cold and my fish tacos where so diferent flavor why's even the black beans where so diferent and I find something in there it was soo bad I spend $40 hopping for a great meal with my son I eat 2 wings there was just cold can't do it the first bite of my tacos I spilled out sorry but I'm no coming back I saw new faces wonder if it have change owner ship maybe that's why so many bad changes
