The last two times I have been here it was not good. Had the fried fish, shrimp, and fries. Everything tasted like it was cooked in old grease. The shrimp were so bad we couldn’t eat them. The fries tasted like the grease wasn’t hot when they dropped them. They were soggy and had a heavy grease flavor to them. The last time I had a cheese burger and it was pretty good, but again the fries tasted the same. Soggy and greasy. Would not recommend the Caddo Valley Flying Burger & Seafood.

Stopped for the night. This place was surprisingly good. I had a cheeseburger and fries, my wife had a fish taco and said they had the best tartar sauce she has ever had.
