Sandwich was cold and just thrown together, tasted like all components had been sitting out at room temperature all day, bread was dry. Two bites of this sandwich was all I could eat and that made my stomach hurt. Best part of this meal was the ice in my drink was cold.

The staff was rude. Food was not fast at all and they weren't even busy. It took over 15 minutes to get 4 items and they forgot one item & the nuggets were overcooked.

There always seems to be something going on at this location when I pass through Arkadelphia. One time it was a random power outage, affecting only this McDonald’s. Other times, it’s a completely packed drive-thru. I never really know what to expect here.
This time, I stopped in just for a McFlurry. The line wasn’t bad, but when I got to the window, I wasn’t greeted at all, just handed my dessert in silence. The McFlurry came in a flimsy paper cup that folded halfway over the top, with no proper lid. I assume it’s some new corporate cost-cutting move, but it definitely cheapened the experience.
Nothing special, and not a fan of the new packaging. Consistency and basic hospitality would go a long way at this location.

My biggest complaint is that they have 0 customer service here. I am always polite, I received the bare minimum back. The order was simple, 2 combos, no changes, and two different drinks. It was wrong even though I repeated it twice. Order was fixed but the sour looks were upsetting. Won't be back.

As the sign says, the Popular BBQ Bacon Quarter Pounder w Cheese- that was a Double Meat, is Back. The clueless Kid at the Register seemed ignorant of it. Couldn't process a BOGO Coupon either. Ordered Fries off the App. As I was standing, waiting for my Burgers, I was asked: Why? Seems I had over $7 of a Double order of More Large Fries, which also were not being made. Eventually got 2 Singles. Had to listen to Deragetory comments from said Punk while I was eating. Lord knows what they might have done to my food...

Served my kid frozen nuggets and soggy fries. This isn’t a hard job. These kids are paid WAY too much to screw up basic food ordering. Arkansas is trash in general but McDonald’s in Arkansas is the absolute worst. Not a single one can get an order correct.
We got three items for breakfast. I got the standard sausage McMuffin. It was just brushed with butter and not toasted. The other items were egg McMuffins and the English muffins again were brushed with butter and not toasted. All breakfast sandwiches were soggy messes. Prices were high because no deals were available at this location. We had to wait 10 minutes for the food.

Worst service ever! Honestly would have been quicker to go to a restaurant to sit down and eat. And i went through the drive thru. Never in my life have i ever waited so long for fast food. Took 5 minutes just to order. 20 minutes + food.
