The people here are disrespectful and unprofessional.
White Guy with the glasses and the black septum literally didn’t let us finish ordering. We ordered a few items, one of them being something we order every time we come. He said they couldn’t make that for us early in the morning. Then he finished our order without asking if we wanted anything else. When we told him we weren’t finished, he says “what else would you like then?”.
We pull up to window and he’s just clueless. So we just let that go and drive up to the pick up window.
Black girl with the glasses and bonnet over her working hat, terrible customer service. Said NOT ONE word to us nor make eye contact, gave us our drinks (3) ON TOP of each other with no carrier, and basically didn’t acknowledge us and rushed us out of there the way she was handing us our bags of food and drinks.
You guys have a job for a reason. Do it correctly, and do it with respect! There is someone out there wishing they were in your position. There’s someone out there praying for a job. There is someone out there who’s day just got worse because of the lack of kindness and respect given to them.

I placed an online order & my husband picked it up on his way home from work. He gets home and we’re missing ALL of the chicken nuggets!! My husband called to let them know we were missing all of our nuggets they hung up on him! Convo goes : McD’s -“Hello” Husband -“ yes I just came and picked up a big order & all the chicken nuggets are missing.” MCD’s -CLICK! I tried to call back and of course they won’t answer the phone now. Check your bags while you’re waiting at the window because you won’t get anyone on the phone & you won’t get your nuggets!

Seemed like everybody was too busy talking in the kitchen to actually make food.

Awesome fries as expected. Bit messy sandwich. Got food at curbside pickup and the young lady that brought the food out was the most pleasant ever. She even volunteered to go back in and gete a bbq sauce. Thanks

Sandwich was cold and just thrown together, tasted like all components had been sitting out at room temperature all day, bread was dry. Two bites of this sandwich was all I could eat and that made my stomach hurt. Best part of this meal was the ice in my drink was cold.
