Mrs. Lacey was very nice and very patient with us. Very outgoing, knows her P's and Q's. Lobby was clean. Sandwich was delicious and she made sure that it was made up to my desire! will be coming back.

Waited at the drive thru window forever, starving, with my 3 year old, twice someone said "be with you soon". After literally 15 minutes I just parked and went in, there was 1 lady who was a staff/owner supposedly, and 1 customer. I said "omg I'm starving, guess have to order inside because I can't wait anymore, I've been waiting at the drive thru for like 15 minutes. The lady looked at me and said "it's been 7" with a nasty smile on her face. That was a lie because my husband got a phone call right when we pulled in, his call lasted 8 minutes, and we still waited another few minutes past that. I didn't say anything, just "ok well I will order inside now" to which this woman said "I'm not gonna serve you, good bye!" with that same nasty smile. DO NOT COME HERE, THAT IS NOT A WAY TO TREAT ANY CUSTOMER.

Awful service - was third in line thinking there is only one worker,after 15 mins of waiting the second one came out . They forgot to put cheese on and afterwards they’ve added tips themselves and charged me 2$ extra for being there for 25 mins and poorly made sub. Stay away from this place
