The manager working the front counter didn't greet us in a timely manner, he was more concerned with drive thru even though there were many people working there to help him. The food was as expected.

The food was cold and dry. And the ketchup in the packages were better than from the pump the fuego chicken was kinda weird the takis were very stale.
The tables were all dirty and there were only 6 groups of other people

Pulled into the drive thru for a late night meal, while on a road trip. The order was accurate, but looked as if it was thrown together very sloppily. The outside of our hamburger wrappers had sauces smeared on them and the cups for our drinks were dripping. While at the window, we could hear the staff laughing loudly; I get it, work should be fun but the crew was EXTREMELY loud, which came across as unprofessional. Our burgers were soggy, so we ended up throwing them away. The only good thing from here were the fries & nuggets.

I’ve always loved Wendy’s but lately I feel like every Wendy’s I go into has filthy restrooms & the tables are sticky, like they were wiped down with sugar water. This Wendy’s was no exception. My burger was good, but the chili was almost all beans with hardly any meat and the soda machine was sticky & kinda gross.
This is my sons favorite restaurant and it is a shame at the service I received tonight! Got there 7:06, get to order speaker at 7:13 (mind you 2 cars were ahead of me), get to order at 7:23 after having to "wait a moment". Get to the window 7:24. Wide open windows, money in hand, food sitting there, orders just keep getting taken over and over after I have been having to wait. I normally never say a word or make a deal but tonight was ridiculous! I left at 7:37 after i finally asked if i was going to ger my food. So I was there for 30mins with 2 cars ahead of me. However, there was probably 2 ahead of them (so 4) but inside was empty. Food is good, and lunch time service is great, but I will definitely steer clear at dinner from here on out. My order total was $4.04 also so it wasn't like I ordered for an army...literally just my 4yr old.
