Wendy's is my favorite burger place to eat at. I've been eating at Wendy's for 5 years and I've always loved it, but the other day...I ordered my food and my hamburger was very cold, and I told the staff that my hamburger was cold and they understood and replaced it for me. But the problem is that the burger they replaced was another burger, equally cold but all greasy.

2 bathrooms, had to get a refund for no sour cream baked potato because they had no sour cream a lot of orders took way too long. It was very cold in there too. Very uncomfortable. I took my burger and ran 🏃♀️

Amazing experience. I went there with my baby and the staff was very friendly to us and it felt like we had VIP treatment for what we were paying.

The manager working the front counter didn't greet us in a timely manner, he was more concerned with drive thru even though there were many people working there to help him. The food was as expected.
