THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Hung up in my face 3 times! Asked about street tacos & was hung up on. Called back thinking maybe my service was lost, called back for pricing, laughed and hung up again! Will never get my money!

I just left this place, and all l can say is there is no customer service as no one even approached my family to be seated. Very Sad as a sign fixture states wait to be seated. It was full of people and didn't know who was working, as customers were waiting for 30 minutes or longer. I will not return as l traveled from California. 👎
First time to visit. We were there after the church rush. Had to remind the waiter about our queso and to bring more chips. The stuffed avocado was good. Food was hot and chips were fresh and crisp. Would go again.

The food is plentiful, but no flavor. The service was slow, and had to ask for plates, appetizer and tortillas. The food is all served on cheap plastic plates. The decor is very lacking.

This was just bad..took five minutes to be seated, then we got drinks and cheese dip, but weren’t served chips or salsa for another ten minutes!! Then, it took over 30 minutes to get our meal order taken. I had to ask a worker, but he didn’t speak English. Food wasn’t served for another 30 minutes. Also, I ordered the lunch special number three and on the menu it simply says it comes with a burrito and other foods-I asked if it was beef and the server said yes. Then I was served a bean burrito instead. I didn’t say anything because at that point I was sick of picking battles.Then, we kept waiting for a server to bring us our ticket or at least to go boxes. Finally gave up and got our own to go boxes, and were told by another server that our ticket was left at the front for us to pay.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
* Also, if you need to use the restroom there… Don’t. The ladies restroom had an overflowing sink and one toilet did not have a toilet seat and the other one didn’t have an attached toilet seat.
***No, I will not be returning. The restaurant was not even at half capacity!
