This was just bad..took five minutes to be seated, then we got drinks and cheese dip, but weren’t served chips or salsa for another ten minutes!! Then, it took over 30 minutes to get our meal order taken. I had to ask a worker, but he didn’t speak English. Food wasn’t served for another 30 minutes. Also, I ordered the lunch special number three and on the menu it simply says it comes with a burrito and other foods-I asked if it was beef and the server said yes. Then I was served a bean burrito instead. I didn’t say anything because at that point I was sick of picking battles.Then, we kept waiting for a server to bring us our ticket or at least to go boxes. Finally gave up and got our own to go boxes, and were told by another server that our ticket was left at the front for us to pay.

* Also, if you need to use the restroom there… Don’t. The ladies restroom had an overflowing sink and one toilet did not have a toilet seat and the other one didn’t have an attached toilet seat.
***No, I will not be returning. The restaurant was not even at half capacity!

I was told 15 to 20 mins for my order , we were there 52 mins waiting on a burrito and the thinnest t- bone steak I've ever seen but the food was great and the steak was tender.

Waiter didn't ask me what meat I wanted on my quesadillas.He placed the order and told me I had to pay for the food because he had placed it. I told him I was not satisfied because that wasn't what I wanted. And he charged me a fee for takeout. Chips were hard and not good. I had dined in before food and service was good. If I go back it definitely won't be takeout.

Usually have lunch here once a week because it is convenient, fast, good quality food and service.
Went there yesterday evening and ordered a Rancho omg! It wasn't good at all no seasoning and no cheese on it. That is my last visit.
Kid-friendliness: On today 4/5/24 I went and bought 3 rancheros and only got 1 cup of salsa the worker was so so RUDE believe me I will drive to Eldorado if I ever want Mexican food my money can’t patronize this restaurant PERIOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
