I moved here from Louisiana and really loved the spicy chicken. Since moving to Arkansas I really miss the spicy. I just picked up my order which was supposed to be spicy. No spice at all. Not even a small amount. Very disappointed

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER! I love Popeyes, But every time My Husband and I go to this location, they forget at least one item from our order. It is the nearest Popeyes to us by longshot. Still, I’m at the point of not going back because I am fed up with it. And if you try to talk to a manager, they are very rude typically.

Overpriced, and they always forget something. It gets irritating and they always want you to come back. I live 35 minutes away. They refuse to take my name for next time. I told myself there wouldn't be a next time last time because they shorted me 14 dollars worth of food and the soda syrup was out and I had strait co2 water.

I useto admire this place but within the last ill say year it's falling apart it's been 4 to 5 different occasions I called or drove there to place a order for SPICY CHICKEN and when I return home(which is 36.8 miles away) it's wrong not a single piece is spicy after I check the receipt it said 10pc spicy mixed and may I add it's always evening/night shift I try not to complain human error right but 4 to 5x in a row basically at this point I'd drive to Pine Bluff to Watson Chapel that's next nearest Popeye's a person drive that far spending their hard earned money should be able to get what they want.

Only had Popeyes a couple times and I think it's great. Manager was there to greet folks and see things ran smoothly. When I asked for a special order of chicken they were totally accommodating. I only have good things to say about my visit. Great food and service.
