This is the 3rd time I have ordered a slush with strawberries and didn't get any strawberries( 2 slushes in this order), they left out an entire order of mozzarella sticks and I ordered a large sweet tea and got an unsweet tea.

There is hair in the ice cream. When I called them about the hair the night manager was very rude. (The shift manager said I could just come get another one the next but the mgr over her said no) Be careful if you buy ice cream.

I usually dont have a problem with my service here but today it was TERRIBLE!!! Ordered 2 smashers and 2 slushes on the app, checked in, saw my order eventually just vanish off the screen and NEVER GOT MY FOOD!! How do the people inside and all the carhops walking in and out see a 300lbs man sitting on the damn bench in almost 90 degree weather waiting on an order and NOBODY stops to ask if he has been helped?!?! Then when he finally started questioning about our order, come to find out, it was sitting there ready THEY CLAIM and NOBODY ever brought it out to him. 20 minutes in the heat waiting on supposedly already made food we never got.

Always a great experience, good food, and atmosphere. I'll stand by this being the best and cleanest sonic I've ever been to!
These hours need to be corrected online. I arrived at 6:15 after checking online to see that they open at 6am on Tuesdays. No one took my order and i waited for over 20 mins before leaving at 6:40 with no order. Such a waste of time waiting to get my order taken before work! Workers were just standing around inside.

Why have an app it is never works? For months now all i get when i cash out is a message saying “we’re experiencing technical difficulties at this time”

I love our local Sonic. Always a good experience but today I want to acknowledge a young man named Issac. I was listening to him wait on a customer next to me. He had the best customer service speech down pat. But it sounded genuine not just a spill. Who ever trained him also did a good job as he took it to heart. I’m sure he’ll go far in life.
