Well I still love coming to this Sonic. My favs are cheddar peppers, corn dogs, sonic burgers and chicken sandwiches and of course all the different drinks and shakes!! But did not like the chicken strips yuk!! I haven't ordered them in some time and they must have changed vendors as these didn't have the crunchy breaded crust and were kind of stringy. Not ordering those again. Still giving 5 stars for now. Hope nothing else changes.

She was so focused on telling me to look in the bag (which I already saw there were 2 packets in there) and what was in the bag, but she didn't know what was in the bag after she had just handed me the bag, but you don't know what you just gave me.She is the exact reason why I don't come to fastfood places anymore, other than when I'm out of town, like right now, unfortunately. I'm glad I didn't hand her the tip I had ready to give.

I ordered 2 sonic blast and the very top was mixed up but the btm half was just ice cream not mixed up and I talked to Tim Wilson the owner and he said that If I do not like the way sonic makes there blast to take it down the road that is why if a customer has an issue it does not get fixed if the owner does not care

Not only did it take almost a half hour to get our food, they charged me for Ranch that should have been included with my chicken strip dinner, and on top of that, my 3 chicken strips were BURNT and the size of a chicken nugget!!!! Smallest "chicken strips" I have ever seen in my life!!! Never going back!!

Horrible customer service, and it took forever for them to bring 2 cups of sweet tea. They messed up our order the first time and we had to come back. We sat there for 20 minutes waiting on 2 cups of tea. Would not recommend
