Been visiting this place for years now, since before the new building. food and service has always been A+. I even stopped one night 5 minutes before closing and got food togo and was still absolutely amazing.

TRUCK PARKING!!!!! Good brisket I only eat it when I pass through here. Today has become my “cheat day” for Nick’s. The wait was about thirty minutes. The lady who worked the bar wasn’t tending 15 mins with no one back there not even to check to see if there were new customers.

They hide the fastest slices under a couple good slices ,like you want see them and think nothing of it; thats the reason I don't order chopped, you don't know what's in it. Memphis still has the best bar-b-q

I just Waited a 1/2 hour for Nick's to open. a friend of mine raved about them. I spent $25 and change on my combo meal of beef and chicken w onion rings n mac n cheese sides, Now the food is good... but I just feel like for $25, I should have gotten more food. Disappointed in the amount of food for the price. I was given literally 3 onion rings ? they were some of the best onion rings I've ever had tho ?‍? unfortunately I won't be back. I need to not feel cheated when I go places.

The place has an excellent dine in atmosphere. The wait staff is top of the line. A family freindly place with an out of this world menu. The fried pies are oh so country home. With plenty of parking on a hard to miss location in the cozy little town of Carlisle Arkansas. There is also a sports bar where you can grab a beer and catch the game. I give this establishment a very hardy five star rating, and would definitely recommend anyone on the I 40 to Memphis stop in and enjoy the experience of Nick's BBQ and fish.

The food here is delicious. My husband and I decided to share a BBQ (brisket) sandwich with fries and a small catfish plate with greens and fried okra. Everything came out hot and fresh and was very flavorful!
