The server charged me extra for cheese sauce that I didn’t ask for. I ate my food not knowing the cheese was an extra charge. Then when the bill came, he argued with me and came back to my table 3 times arguing. I was wanting to leave and not come back after that

TL;DR: Typical, but tasty.
We stopped in after a cross country meet and were impressed by the food and service.
I ordered the Yolanda's (3 chicken enchiladas smothered in queso and served with rice). It's a dish I order at various restaurants, but it has a nice twist here in the form of more green peppers. A pleasant surprise.
My wife ordered El Palenque Parrilla, a veritable meat lovers plate. It was apparently delicious.

The food was good and the service was good. My truck broke down outside and they were ok with it sitting outside overnight. The manager was a very cool guy. I don't get over to Cave City very often but will definitely eat here again the next time I do. Thank y'all for taking care of us.
