The last 2 visits, no lettuce on my burger at all. This time it's burnt and about 5 flecks of lettuce if I look hard. My husband's was burnt, with mustard that wasn't requested. Hamburger should not have the consistency of beef jerky!

I like the recent updates to this location. I don't eat here anymore.... I find it to be overpriced & poor quality. I do regularly purchase their ice. The staff have always been friendly & accommodating. The speaker systems do not work well, so communication can be difficult.

This has to be the most horrible place to try to get food or drink ,the food is always old and takes forever and end up with a refund, should be shut down , can see why it’s empty

I am just going to say this and I usually don’t do this type of thing, but tonight I had order two hot fudge sundae and a cookie dough blast.I ordered as soon as I got there. The carhop added a chocolate sundae on there as well which wasn’t what we had ordered. I had asked him to take it off and he said that he would get it off of there and then hung up the head set. It said it was in the kitchen.. 30 minutes later pushed the button and had asked what was on my order due to it not being taken off of my order before he hung it up the girl that answered had started reading off a completely different order( hamburger and two drinks). We told her that that wasn’t even what we had ordered so she asked what we had and we told her and she said they couldn’t even find our order. She then proceeded to ask us if we had our order yet which we did not. She told us she would have it right out to us and then continued to wait for 15-20 minutes. I’m sorry but I should not have to wait 50 minutes to an hour to receive 3 things of ice cream that was made halfway. I understand if you’re short staffed but I just feel like this is definitely unacceptable!

I was here late at night and they were just awesome. They staff was curteous and friendly. The service was prompt and efficient. They had so much patience even though we had ordered 3 times and changed our our twice

Ok location, a few times I've ordered that food hasn't been fresh. Also, all the speakers are garbage, EVERY time I've gone here the employees can't hear what your saying so you have to bellow at them so they can here.
