I used to frequent Sonic consistently, however I have noticed the quality of this establishment has been diminishing.
Service seems to be lacking in quality, with food being wrong. In my last visits, I have noticed missing food items, incorrect orders, and more. An example of this is when I ordered a cheeseburger with only pickle. Even after verbally stating it several times, they still got my order wrong. They also had forgotten a burrito, a drink, and more.
I’m not the type of person to cry about things as small as this. However, this establishment needs to be held to a higher standard.

Ordered -corn dogs they had been cooked and left under the light so long they were like rubber. Ordered-fried pickles. The were limp and cold. Ordered -soft pretzel also tough from setting Uber the light to long and we waited way to long. Sorry. Just telling the truth

They never bring out my mobile order unless I call them with the button, then give me a watered down soda because it is sitting there 20 minutes. Grease always soaking through bag. This has happened last 3 times. Not going back

We live in cave city so our drive through is VERY LIMITED!!!! SONIC IS THE WORST...we contuine to eat there bc we have no choice. But service is sloooooowwww and quality is poor. More Than not, our food is cold after waited 20-39 minutes on Preorderd. Excuse is always the computer systemy. But even when we order at stall . It take 5 min. To answer and 30+ to get food. ...so to call it "fast food" is a joke. Plus it takes an extra 15+ minutes when they get ur order wrong t(ALWAYS)to correct it... so basically it takes almost 45 min.or 1 hr. To get a "fast food" burger.
