So any and every time I get food from there it is always messed up. But tonight was the icing on the cake and I went through the drive-through and it is 9:20 PM on Thursday night February 22 and the guy working in the air with the long hair came and gave me my food. I literally got a Junior wacky pack kids meal with a burger with cheese and ketchup only and french fries and a small sprite. My total was $4.79. I gave him $5.80. I told him I did not need the penny. He kept my dollar, and even though I thought there and honked my horn and knocked on the window. nobody came back and there was a line behind me so I left. Tried to call nobody answered I can understand how you could have misunderstood me and thought that I said keep the change. but after I knocked on the window and honked my horn, and nobody still came, you literally just stole from me and I don’t care if it was just a Dollar it’s the principle and how I was just treated when I tried to get someone’s attention and unfortunately I can’t say that I won’t be back because sonic is the only fast food place in Cave City. Just sucks man y’all definitely need to do better and make sure you hear the customers correctly.

Every time I come here Debbie is always rude and never gets my order right. I ordered Marinara and she gave me salsa. She got my change wrong at one point, it was supposed to around 30-40 cents and just gave me a quarter.
The Cave City Sonic workers are rude, disrespectful and impatient. I wish there was another fast food option in Cave City. Surely something can be done to improve the conditions at the Cave City Sonic. Rude, hateful, bitter young adults and children.
