We have been a couple of times and had good experiences previously. Bread was delicious as always. First try of the chicken parm. It was not a traditional chicken breast you’d expect. It is a compressed meat patty. This was deceptive as it’s not listed on the menu as such. I asked the waitress after taking a couple of bites of the chicken was frozen because the taste/texture was obvious. She told me no, it’s not frozen. Either it’s frozen or you take your time to make your own pounded down chicken patties with mushy texture. Either way - pass.

First, food was on point. Im from Texas moved here 2 years ago and this is the 1st place I found that made the Italian food im.used to back home. Now the issues. I have never been to an Italian restaurant who charges for the dipping sauce for the bread after the 1st one. I get it,.olive oil isn't cheap. Build it into the cost of the menu, its tacky to charge that would be like going to a Mexican restaurant getting chips and salsa, and getting 1 free bowl. We sat on the patio, super nice patio and furniture. They had little fans to keep the bugs away. Out worked for 2 min, the 2nd one didnt work we got bit by mosquitoes the entire dinner. Everyone else's was working so I guess ours never got charged. We bought a bottle of wine. Waitress brought and just sat it on the table. Didn't pour it for me to try, then pour my wife's, then fill mine like any other normal restaurant does, just plopped it on the table. Another person brought out appetizer. She didnt make it back until we were done with it to take our order, didnt ask how it was or check it when it arrived. Same for our dinner. She didnt check on us until we were sitting back waiting for to go boxes then asked us how it was. $112 tab normally would be a $30 tip, I tipped $18 not sure why I even did that. The service was really non existent. When we first sat down, it took 10 min for her to get to us. We watched the other tables and that was not the case for other customers. If she had tables inside,.I get it but that doesn't mean you forget about us. Maybe just have 1 or 2 waitresses handle.all the outside tables would be a better idea. When paying this kind of money you expect a certain level of service and this was NOT it.

My wife and I stopped for lunch today and it was our second time here. First time was for dinner. Absolutely outstanding food, service and atmosphere. Our dinner experience was out on the deck outside. Lunch was inside. Food and service couldn't have been better! Greeted and thanked by the owner on both occasions! It's our new go to restaurant! Highly recommend!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE-DO NOT GO! They sat us outside and completely forgot about us for half an hour. Even people who came after us had a waiter but noone came for us. My husband went inside to ask them and they confirmed that they forgot about us. Then i guess they couldn't assign anyone so the person who came to take our order never came back. Then someone brought the food and that was that. We ate our food and noone checked on us or brought us the check. We basically didn't have a waiter. We got up ready to leave and went back inside and told them we didn't have a waiter and that noone brought the check. They didn't even apologize or anything. They brought the check, we paid and left. I will never come back again.

The experience my family and I had was extremely lovely. The food was top-notch and the customer service was terrific! Even though their was quite a line in the waiting area, it managed to go by swiftly and before we knew it we were seated and were getting marvelous drinks and pastas. I recommend the ravioli, it was to die for! Now our favorite Italian restaurant place! 😃

Excellent dinner for my mother's birthday. We made a reservation and were seated in a room that was mobility impaired accessible. Unfortunately, there was some confusion about who our server was, so we were not greeted for almost 15 minutes after being seated. Once our server appeared, the service was truly 5 🌟. We will definitely be going back! Great food, great prices!!

We sat outside tonight. It was raining, but so enjoyable! I love this place, the food is so yummy, and the service is good! Our table wasn't lit, they thought it was broken, but the manager came out and lit it for us, and then he sent out a Gelato for us! So sweet of him! We moved to Arkansas 3 yrs ago, and are always trying different places to eat. This is our favorite, hands down!
