Who said you can't get a quality meal at a drive thru? You got to try the taco salad, it's fantastic! I added a little mixed nuts and drip some honey on it ;) looking forward to her next creation!

I completely understand how hard it would be to keep food fresh and in stock for such a small community where you might not get a huge daily crowd to use up your stock. That's why this review has nothing to do with the regular menu. It has lots of items and they need to be of frozen varieties to keep in date and ready at odds times when ordered. However, if you do a daily special, then I expect quality over ALL. It's one day of food, one 'special' meal. Unfortunately, the best thing I ate was the coleslaw. It was actually great. But who goes somewhere for great coleslaw only? The chicken I could tell was low quality due to the large amount of feathers left on skin and not being trimmed of fat well. The mashed potatoes were fine. Post said special came with a roll, I got store bought garlic toast. The strawberry crunch dessert was lacking in crust and was just some cool whip with a few strawberries lacking finesse. Overall, I believe the special of the day should just scream quality and strive for perfection. This was far from that. I was really hoping that it would be better.
