I got delivery and they gave me crap food ordered 3 sides with a kids meal and they gave me one, the food was also stuck to the tin foil!

Don't create any take away orders in this outlet, 3 time i placed order through the mobile app, they didnt prepare as mentioned. They don't care to respond back as well.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever experienced. Almost every time I place an order it is wrong. Had over ten orders that were wrong. Once you need help, they can never take care of you.

I’m 0 for 2 ordering Door Dash at this Chipotle. I paid for and was excited to try the Adobe sauce, but it didn’t come. Bowl was incorrect. Chips were stale. My last order was entirely wrong as well. I don’t understand the carelessness of this specific franchise. Definitely go to the Bentonville location or not at all!

We place a mobile in store pick up order and it says it will be ready at 6:40pm. We get there at 6:35pm, wait a little bit outside and then try to go in to find that the lobby is closed. We then had to wait 40 minutes in the drive through that was wrapped around the entire parking lot. When we finally get to the window, we tell them our order for them to rudely open it up and tell us that they are out of our protein choice now and to pick something else before slamming the window closed back in our faces. We then have to wait another 5 minutes at the window for them to made our order which is now not what we had originally paid an hour ago at this point. Our order (that was supposed to be done at 6:40) didn’t get into our hands until 7:30. I understand there are staffing shortages all over but they could have made some sort of notice on their app that one, they were out of certain protein options and two, their lobby was closed during the dinner rush. Normally we would have just been able to quickly walk in and grab our order, but we were treated like crap just for simply pulling up to the window to pick up our food.

I dunno why the rating is so low at this store. Stopped in for a burrito after a fb market meet. The food was ready and delicious at 10:45 on the dot in the middle of torrential rain yesterday.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla from here and they didn’t even cook it. It was just a cold, folded tortilla with shredded cheese in it

Probably the worst Chipotle in the nwa poorly managed.They never have a full line of items the workers are dirty with no hair-nets even when working the grill. I went at 9:30 at night when they close at 11. Grills were off and all the workers could talk about is how they were ready to leave. The cheese sauce was no longer sauce its was gravy and they were not going to refill anything before close they were even out of chips. I implore anyone reading this if you want Chipotle take the extra time to go to Bentonville. Centerton might make you sick if I owned that location I'd fire everyone and get staff that actually wants to work and a manager that can actually manage.

Every single time I have placed an order and picked it up my order is always missing something. They are out of the salad dressing every time even when they have only been open an hour or two. Multiple times online orders have been placed and when we pick up they have to steak, etc on them and we have to pull back around to ask the employees and find out they are out but they don’t tell you when you get your food? Such a disappointment, don’t recommend if you want basic service.

Just left there at 8 pm.. they don’t close until 11. They were out of guac. The lady who made my food was rude, had terrible customer service, and didn’t give a dang about one thing I said. I asked for sour cream on the side and she looked at me like I was crazy. Then ripped my burrito about 5 inches long so it was a mess when I got home… never going back
