Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru after the time my order was supposed to be ready. Everyone behind me literally backed up and left. Then I got home and my order was wrong. 😑

I haven't eaten at a Chipotle in at least 5 years because the one is Bentonville was always dirty & the food was bad. We stopped going. I was with my daughter & she stopped at Centerton's Chipotle. It was after the lunch rush. The lobby was messy, but not dirty. The food was great. One of the young ladies behind the counter needs training in customer service, but the shorter one was helpful and a hard worker.

I have been waiting the chipotlane for 20 mins and yet didn’t receive order. Please avoid drive through at this location.

We ordered online, and even after waiting 30 minutes before showing up, our food still wasn't ready. We were even told that there were still 2 orders ahead of ours. Also, when we arrived, the person who I'm assuming was supposed to be making the food, wasn't at the prep table, and the cashier had to go get him so he could prepare the orders that were waiting. Horribly ran location.

Orders take forever. Delays delays. And then staff is unable to pass along complete orders to delivery drivers.

Small potion, no toppings, out of guacamole. This place needs better training and portions. Honestly I’ve decided I won’t even be a chipotle customer anymore. I used to love it. Last 5 times small portions and not even just at this location.

We ordered kids tacos to go and when we got home and opened the meal we notice that all of the tortillas looked like they already had food inside. They were not fresh tortillas. They also did not include the chips that come with the kids meal.

The protein is lacking in the most depressing way. Double meat in a bowl used to be fo filling that other food was too much but this time I'm glad to have something else to eat.

Love this location. I started coming in 3x-4x a week and it didn’t take long for Gabby to recognize and greet me with a smile by name :) it makes our interaction feel personal and not like I’m just a patron off the street.

Food is always good, but I’ve been to two different locations (Centerton and Springdale) and they NEVER have sweet tea made. This blows my mind. I ordered a kids meal today and then added on a large drink so I could get sweet tea, only to be told that none was made that day. I ended up just eating the cost of the extra drink because I didn’t want anything else. Please have tea made for customers every day!
