Chipotle Mexican Grill

We ordered kids tacos to go and when we got home and opened the meal we notice that all of the tortillas looked like they already had food inside. They were not fresh tortillas. They also did not include the chips that come with the kids meal.

The protein is lacking in the most depressing way. Double meat in a bowl used to be fo filling that other food was too much but this time I'm glad to have something else to eat.

Food wasn't ready 15 minutes past pickup time. And they didn't give us the chips we ordered. And the food was undercooked. Don't go here.

This place sucks. They don’t know how to roll a burrito. Always short on ingredients. Just avoid this place. Staff is rude and straight up incompetent

Love this location. I started coming in 3x-4x a week and it didn’t take long for Gabby to recognize and greet me with a smile by name :) it makes our interaction feel personal and not like I’m just a patron off the street.

Food is always good, but I’ve been to two different locations (Centerton and Springdale) and they NEVER have sweet tea made. This blows my mind. I ordered a kids meal today and then added on a large drink so I could get sweet tea, only to be told that none was made that day. I ended up just eating the cost of the extra drink because I didn’t want anything else. Please have tea made for customers every day!

Sunday afternoon poor experience. 0 customer service from FOH. well after lunch rush and the tables have been untouched all still covered in food. Who’s in charge here? Far cry from S. Walton location

I’ve frequently done mobile orders at this location and I don’t think my order has ever been correct. One time I got home just to see they had given me someone else’s order. I had to go back to the store and get them to remake my order. When I do actually receive my order, there’s usually items missing or ingredients missing from my bowl. I have NEVER received fajita veggies in my bowl despite ordering them every time. The last time I picked up my order in the drive thru, there was one car in front of me at the window and I sat there waiting for over 20 minutes. Once I finally got to the window, the worker was rude as if my presence was an inconvenience to her. I’ve given this location several chances since it’s a newer location and I wanted to give them the opportunity to improve. At this point I’d rather drive farther to go to another location.

Mikayla was absolutely rude. I was already unhappy when I picked up my order that was supposed to be ready at 7:30, as I watched the crew screw around and not prepare orders . My order was not ready till 7:40, the store was not busy. When I questions my Order initial Mikayla was rude, when I questioned the 1.70 Queso she told me no i did not receive the correct amount, then she recanted. When I questioned the Pathetic Tacos she was rude. I had to come back because the bowl was made wrong. I was not happy, I asked for it to be made again. When it was made again I watched as they scrapped the pieces off the bottom of the Carne Asada, already I am not happy, and the answer was to make an even more sub par meal. When I said I just wanted a refund Mikayla told me to leave the store and never come back. I will never be back, first because of poor food quality, and second because of awful customer service. I’m did not curse, I did not yell, this individual has no business being in food service if they cannot take care of a simple request of remaking a item. Also $37 for three little tacos and a pathetic excuse of a bowl is ridiculous. Chipotles Serving sizes are a pathetic.

I did a mobile order for Chicken Burrito Bowl and added up the items and picked them up but to my surprise most of the items were not added up on the bowl. 4 Items were not included not even cheese it was just Brown Rice, Chicken, Corn, Lettuce. The portion size was also too low. Come on be serious guys how can you do this? It's a daylight robbery. I am never ever coming back here again.

I honestly don’t even know how to start this review. The portion size was just ridiculous. We ordered a burrito and a bowl. The burrito was fine, but the bowl had literally one piece of carne asada. On top of that, we asked for extra rice and fajitas and somehow got less than normal. I made sure to select extra, not light, but Chipotle always acts like giving a decent portion is coming out of their paycheck.

The only positive was that customer service was really kind and gave us a refund, which I do appreciate. But overall, this experience was frustrating, and Chipotle seriously needs to fix the way they handle portions and the judgment of their staff.

This location is a joke, billing guy has attitude problems throwing the receipts, and manager want to charge for a side of free toppings , like corn or salsa , and portion sizes are way worst than any other location, no wonder this location even has 2.5 rating, hope they do something about this , manager and that billing guy have to go, they need to look into this location if they want to stay in business here in Centerton.

Okay so I’m glad chipotle is in Centerton, but I order here at least once a week sometimes two or three through uber eats or DoorDash, and my order is wrong 85% of the time likely just a completely different order!! It blows my mind because it’s the only restaurant in the area like this. Please read the order and match it to the bag!! It is mind blowing. But keep existing because I do love a place where I can get actual veggies and meat and not just fast food!!
