I love Dominoes,so I was excited to see one open closer to my house, but it has been nothing but a disappointment. And I’m not talking about one time… Every time I order, something goes wrong. I’m probably done trying. I’d rather drive to Bentonville and get what I ordered when I ordered it.

Unfortunately, wasn't impressed on several issues. On a positive note, lots of staff, good communication and filled orders quickly. However, not one glove work by any kitchen staff. Every staff at some point rubbed their head, wiped hands on their pants, handled used bins and tubs, used their phones, rubbed their face, or used the computer. If cleanliness and safe handling hygiene is a necessity from a restaurant, dont go inside amd watch them make your food.
As far as the order goes, minor mistake on missing a requested modification, but that's literally par for the course in today's fast food world.

Past three times I've ordered cheesy bread it shows up in the Box completely dried out with no flavor I called and spoke asked for a manager which they never get on the phone they always ask why I'm calling the girl said that she'll have to make sure that the drivers know about it apparently they have not been putting on the garlic oil on the bread is completely dried out tasteless doughy cheese total waste of money. I called back today to ask them why she said the drivers would have to know about it because that made no sense to me apparently it should be done on the cutting table and whoever works the cutting table likes to send out dried out cheesy bread with no oil or garlic whatsoever. Again I asked for a manager and they never seem to get one on

Delivery driver was super nice. We realized after he left that they gave us the wrong drink. So, I called them and the lady I talked to on the phone was really rude and had an attitude that I would ask them to deliver the right drink as it was THEIR mistake. I don’t leave comments on places, but the customer service was the absolute worst. I don’t think l be ordering from this location, but I’ve had other locations that were amazing. Usually when they make a mistake they make it right. This location and the lady I talked to failed. I just hung up, because I made this order and it wasn’t my mistake. I’m not going to put up with someone being rude about this. She told me “you want us to come out to deliver you a soda? Well I don’t know when we could be out to even deliver it.”

We were on our way home a wanted to pick something up fast so we ordered a pizza at 6:58 pm.. we get in line when we see on the app that it says complete and we wait. When we get to the window they said it was not ready but the time was 7:17 and it clearly said on the app it was done but we looped around anyway. The next time we went around we waited about 15-20 min after it was done. When we got to the window the food was in his hand and gave us the recite with no refound or anything after all of that. We had to ASK for a redound and all they did was give us a free pizza NeXt TiMe!!!after this experience we looked at the recite and it said “ ordered; 6:58 pm” “ done at 7:15” ( if you didn’t catch it we spent 20 mins waiting for them to get their act together ) do not recommend

Took forever in line and is taking really slow and is not moving at all still waiting in line…… very disappointed in such a small centerton town why does it take supper long…?
Order called in showed done, and sit in drive through line with 3 cars behind me and took over 30 minutes to get someone to window.

I wish there was an option to select 0 stars to be honest. I ordered a pizza, it came wrong, they made a new one, but when it got here it was wrong again. Had to go get food somewhere else at 9pm because the pizza I ordered at 7pm did not work. Very disappointed!

Last time I ordered from here I had to get a refund because the sauce to topping ratio was like 3:1 and everything slid off the first slice. I decided to give them another chance tonight. I placed an online order and it was 30 minutes before I was placed in the oven according to the tracker. Shortly after it said it was done so I head to the store just to wait in line for 15 minutes before getting to the window and being told they don’t have my order and my options were to remake or cancel. I won’t be back.
